Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Große, stylisch eingerichtete Zimmer; Parkmöglichkeit für den Mietwagen; geniales Frühstück im sehr einladend gestalteten Patio; Pool und Saunabereich für ein zentral gelegenes Stadthotel auch besonders. Altstadt und Hafen ist fußläufig in 10 bis maximal 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Uns wurden Kosmetik und Medizin beim aufräumen geklaut oder weggeworfen. Da ich zumindest die Medizin noch dringend gebraucht hätte, haben wir das Personal informiert. Dies hat uns gesagt, dass der Roomservice nichts genommen hat und wir es bestimmt selbst verloren haben. Diese fanden wir sehr frech, da man sich zumindest hätte entschuldigen können. Danach wollten wir unser Zimmer auch nicht mehr reinigen lassen.

Die Klimaanlage ist leider nachts etwas zu laut. Ansonsten gab es für uns nichts zu beanstanden.

Schönes Zimmer, das Bad ist etwas älter gewesen mit Badewanne. Deren Boden war etwas rutschig. Dann war der Sprühkopf etwas kaputt und der Wasserstrahl sehr hart. Ein Teil war immer offen sodass man aufpassen musste das während dem Duschen nicht das ganze Bad nass wird. Unter den Sesseln lagen nach ein paar Tagen gut sichtbar Staubmäuse diese, lagen nach dem putzen der Putzfrauen immer noch da lagen. Toilettenpapier wurde auch einmal nicht nachgefüllt. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider waren die Teller und Gläser beim Frühstück immer dreckig. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es Auswahl aber leider kein Wechsel der Sachen. Kaffee schmeckte fruchtbar. Der Pool war viel kleiner als auf den Bildern und die Umrandung war kaputt. Ein schönes Hotel bei dem man ein paar Abstriche machen muss.
