Hôtel sympa très bien placé mais chambre décevante
Hôtel très bien placé juste en face de la plage à Port de Pollença. Personnel très sympa, petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Grande chambre mais la nuitée peut-être un peu chère pour les prestations. Dommage que toutes les chambres n'aient pas de balcon. Attention aux portes qui font beaucoup beaucoup de bruit (un peu embêtant quand les voisins se lèvent avant 7h du matin).

Nous avions une chambre avec balcon vue sur mer! Restaurant au RDC bon rapport qualité prix et personnel super Très bon petit déj à proximité de la plage ! Génial! Beaucoup de britanniques! L'hôtel est assez cher en cette période:180€/nuit!

Petit paradis
Le personnel au top, réactif dans la minute. petit déjeuner de haute qualité avec mangue et papaye. Les pieds dans l'eau. J'essaierai d'y revenir. J'étais en chambre vue mer avec balcon. Seul hic je n'ai pas forcément souhaité profiter du restaurant tous les soir, je n'ai pas aimé et donc je n'y suis pas retourné. Excellent hôtel avec séjour garanti

Situation idéale
Hôtel très bien placé, directement sur la plage. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner pris face à la mer. Chambre impeccable. Seule point négatif : les chambres standard (sans vue sur mer) donne directement sur le bâtiment d'en face (situé à 4 ou 5 mètres), donc aucune lumière. Globalement, séjour très agréable, hotel à recommander.

Un seul bémol pour nous français pas de chaîne ou de sous titres en français. Si non un super hôtel avec un personnel a votre écoute et compétent. Le petit déjeuner au top et la vue depuis de la chambre sur la mer une merveille.

Emplacement exceptionnel mais ascenseur bruyant
Emplacement exceptionnel par la proximité de la mer et promenade, difficile d'accès...puisque front de mer et rue réservée riverain derrière, pour notre escale volet de la chambre fermée sur vue horrible, très bruyante avec clim ou moteur ? chambre placée a coté de l'ascenseur faisant un bruit effroyable et impossible changer , le matin bruit de travaux .Agréable petit déjeuner sur terrasse mais pas très variè .

Petit hôtel charmant au bord de l'eau
Hôtel agréable directement en bordure de plage. Accueil et personnel très sympathique, literie confortable, bon rapport qualité prix eu égard à l'emplacement. En revanche, la station balnéaire de Port Pollenca n'a pas un intérêt exceptionnel et les tarifs pratiqués par les restaurants situés en bord de mer sont vraiment exagérés. Bien pour une nuit ou deux, pas plus.

Comfortable clean small hotel in great location, friendly service and very good food. Stayed one night en route to rented apartment, would certainly do so again.

I was very disappointed with the room. It was literally smaller than the smallest category on a cruise ship. The room could not accommodate our luggage. The bathroom was a joke, smallest bathroom I've ever seen. The sink slightly smaller than a drink bottle. When you sat on the toilet your head literally hit the shower. I scour reviews before I book and I was shocked there was not more comments about how small the rooms were.

The orientation of the rooms are different and not all the same size. most of the bathrooms are a very spacious size and others because of the position of the room are a llittle smaller, The rooms are decorated to a very high standard. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with the room you had but we always try our best to help accomodate guest changes when asked. Maybe when looking at the reviews you could see that guests really enjoy the hotel, the location and the style of the hotel . Hello ArthurThank you for you comments which we would like to address. In High Season when you were here the Restaurant and Bar closes at 24.00hrs. The recepcion area is always very quiet and has a night recepcionist to manage any situations that may occur. Delightful small hotel, very good breakfast & friendly staff. Lunch & dinner also good quality food. Just a few metres to the beach was perfect and also at the quieter end of bay. No issue finding parking spaces on the streets behind the hotel.

Wonderful holiday in the Port.
A lovely stay at this beachfront hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice room with fantastic view. The breakfast buffet is incredible, you will not go hungry.

Little gem.
Arrived late in the evening. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful in finding us somewhere to eat at 11pm. Our room was facing the sea and quite small in comparison to my daughter's large room at the rear (mountain facing). We did have a balcony which was wotrth the compromise for smaller room size. Would recommend a volume limiter on TVs as we had neighbours for a couple of nights who had TV volume high. Unrivelled position on the pine walk and able to step right out to the beach. Bathrooms modern and practical with unlimited hot water and good shower. Bed was a kingsize I think and very comfortable with a variety of pillows. Cleaning staff around all day so are very flexible in their approach to clean the rooms. Breakfast exceeded expectations.Lots of fruit, cereals, various breads, pastries, cooked options every day with bacon, eggs (cooked in a variety of ways). Omlettes, cooked meats and cheeses, preserves. Nice coffee machine. Only downside,as ever in Spain, are the teabags which are lacking in taste. Small price to pay for such a good breakfast. All staff are really good at their jobs, helpful, respectful and pleasant. Ate in the restaurant twice during our stay which was lovely but there is so much to choose from in terms of going out for food in Puerto Pollensa. Spoilt for choice. Didnt have a car so unable to comment on parking facilities. I would imaging that its difficult to park close to the hotel. Best to get a transfer or taxi. Reduces the stress.

Bliss by the beach.
This hotel is a gem of a place and we have used it many times. The views across the bay are wonderful,the staff are helpful and efficient and the Hotel is spotless. Breakfasts are especially memorable with a unique little Mallorcain table of cold meats, bread, olives and cheese. Dinner is well balanced for choice and cost..we ate a lovely meal under the pines as the sun set.

Great little hotel in super location, on the beach, lovely setting, good restaurant with terrace and beach seating.

Great stay Hoposa Bahia.
Great location, breakfast, and service. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. We prefer slightly softer beds, but that is just a personal preference.
