Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt - die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer sofort geholfen. Check-In und out war auch besonders positiv! Das Haus hat eine super Lage und einen tollen Ausblick. Die Küche ist zudem perfekt ausgestattet. Leider hätte an manchen Stellen etwas besser geputzt werden können, dies kann man für die Zukunft noch verbessern. Das Haus ist schön, für volle 5 Sterne fehlte noch das gewisse Etwas.

Jederzeit zu empfehlen
Die Villa ist super für Familien. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Geschirrspühler und Waschmaschine, genug Schatten im Garten, super gepflegtes, grosses Pool. Genug Liegestühle, schöne Loungeecke. Uns hat es super gefallen.

Sehr moderne große Villa in toller Lage
Die Villa ist sehr schön. Liegt sehr ruhig auf großem Grundstück, aber gleichzeitig sehr zentral (auf der Hälfte zwischen Pollenca und Puerto Pollenca) und damit nah an Bergen und Meer. Volle Ausstattung problemlos für 8-10 Personen. Sehr modern, damit aber auch nicht sehr persönlich. Wir waren Ende April dort, das ist nicht zu empfehlen, da das Objekt keine Heizung hat, sondern über die Klimaanlage heizt und damit hat man kein angenehmes Wohnklime. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter könnte verbessert werden.

Tolles Haus in großartiger Lage
Wir haben fast zwei Wochen mit der ganzen Familie einschließlich gehbehinderter Mutter und ihrer Betreuerin in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht, ohne uns gegenseitig zu behindern oder zu stören. Es gibt im Ersgeschoss zwei separate Flügel mit jeweils zwei Doppelzimmern incl. Bädern und ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit Bad im Obergeschoss. Das Haus ist ganz neu, modern und wertig mit sehr bequemen und breiten Betten und reichlich Schränken eingerichtet. Draußen gibt es mehrere schöne Sitzecken, von überall hat man einen großartigen Blick auf die Ausläufer des Tramuntana Gebirges. Supermärkte incl. Lidl sind in 5 Autominuten erreichbar, in doppelter Zeit das Meer und die schöne Altstadt von Pollenca. Die Küche ist mit reichlich Geschirr und Kochutensilien versehen, allerdings ohne Grundausstattung (Gewürze, Öl etc.). Fernsehen nur englische Sender. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lovely holiday
We had a great family holiday. The house and grounds are spacious, the mountain scenery is a wonderful backdrop. The villa felt very private and secluded but still close to amenities, we could walk into Puerto Pollensa in half an hour. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen modern and well equipped and plenty of towels were provided. We would highly recommend.

Expectations weren’t met.
We had such high hopes for the villa but sadly it didn’t live up to our expectations. Upon entering there was an extremely musty smell and we had to open all doors and windows which we thought would solve the problem however it became apparent that all bedrooms have damp issues, even some of the bathrooms. One bedroom was especially unpleasant but luckily we didn’t need to use it. There are several areas which need maintenance but it’s evident that nothing has really been done since the villa was new. Two of the shower cubicles need a really good clean or replacing. Some of the sun beds need replacing and the property could do with a solid roof terrace or very least replacement of the reed covering and there’s a lack of light around the BBQ area. Behind BBQ was used as a dumping ground. We had to put everything in the fridge because of ants. Fridge has many broken shelves. The swimming pool was great and the location perfect and with some major maintenance the villa could be too.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We were sorry to hear that you felt that the property didn’t live up to your expectations and wrote to you personally. This response is for future guests. It can rain heavily in Mallorca and when it does it can create a musty atmosphere outside as well as inside when the property is aired as it was before the arrival. However, it normally clears quickly. I was at the property myself a week or so after the guests had left and it was all fine. The reference to damp issues refers to old paintwork generally behind furniture and curtains that should have been corrected and will be now. Two showers were replaced last winter and the remaining 2 are currently being replaced; considerable maintenance and improvements are made every year. Unfortunately the Neff fridge shelves keep getting broken so we are going to replace the whole fridge. It is a disappointing way to end the year after so many positive 5 star reviews. We are glad that the guests found the pool great and the location perfect. We have taken all the comments on board and are confident that the property will be fine for 2024.

Brilliant property for a large family gathering
We loved everything about this property including its location. Pollença and Puerto de Pollenca were only a few minutes away by car and the local supermarkets were even closer.The beautiful pool was a real hit particularly with our grandchildren. The air conditioning in all areas of the house was a real asset and essential with the very hot weather when we were there. We enjoyed all the different seating areas outside but particularly the area for al fresco dining. We all agreed that it was perfect for us all and certainly plan to come back again!

Superb Villa & great family holiday
My family of 10 were blown away by this villa. The exterior stood out to us the most with the most amazing view, best pool, comfortable furniture with everything placed perfectly. The interior is top notch as well with its excellent air conditioning, clean and comfortable beds and a very cool basement with a huge TV for the children to use. We would also like to mention the location as it was situated perfectly with a local supermarket super close by and the local town just only a 5 minute drive away! The villa catered for all ages starting for 8 years old filled with pool toys and a ping pong table. We would highly recommend this villa!

Brilliant property for all ages
We were a family of 10. 7 adults 3 young children. The layout was perfect everyone wants to come back another year. Only 10 minutes from 2 decent supermarkets, and 10 minutes from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa but such a lovely quiet spot, it was heaven. We loved the pool and all the facilities were excellent. The children loved the play/tv room as it was nice and cool during the hottest part of the day. Could do with a sail type awning over the outdoor seating area for shade and a dozen new pegs !! Otherwise perfect

Great size Villa & lovely gardens/pool. Well equipped with floats, toys & table tennis - also kitchen well equipped to make dinners at home. Great communications too from the management company. Would come back again!

The best Villa for Families of all ages
We have been coming to Mallorca for 10 years and have always stayed in villas in and around Pollensa. This is without a doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in. It was easy to find, check in and find our way around. There was a lovely welcome basket with a few essentials to get you started. The Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more, there wasn't anything we couldn't find or wanted for. We had young kids, pre-teens and toddlers and there was everything we could possibly need from plastic bowls and cutlery to wine glasses and silverware. There is also a water cooler in the kitchen which was a really nice touch, it saved money on buying bottled water and also meant there was cold water to hand at all times. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all well laid out, clean and spacious. The basement was great for the older kids to play in and the outside space was more than enough to let everyone play freely. The pool is fantastic and the shallow end was great for the two toddlers to paddle about and play. There is a trunk with inflatables and buckets and spades, we bought a few things from the shops and left these for the next guests like some before us clearly had done. The only additions I would say this villa needs is a stair gate - we had to keep all eyes on them when we were inside and the two 18 month olds thought it was a great play area and the the door to the basement needs a lock as its just the right height for little arms to open - we got around this with positioning chairs so it isn't a deal breaker. All in all everyone had the best week away, we will definitely be booking for next year as no-one has stopped talking about it since we got back. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone coming to Mallorca. Thank you to David, the owner for being so welcoming and on hand if we needed anything during our stay.

Mooi en comfortabel huis. Minpuntjes: Helaas stonk een van de badkamers vreselijk en de afvoer bleek zeer vies te zijn. Dit is tijdens ons verblijf verholpen. Er liepen veel mieren op het aanrecht. Dus alles in dozen bewaren.

We had a superb time celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The villa was amazing and the grandchildren enjoyed their time in the pool. Wonderful villa in a stunning location
We were three generations using the Villa for the week. It was perfect for our needs as enough rooms for every child to have their own room as well as 3 families having their space. The Villa is separated easily into an upstairs suite and two ground floor “ wings” so to speak. The outside area was perfect to our needs as spacious and different areas to eat in at different times of the day. We also enjoyed the well maintained pool and green areas. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery and of a galley design , which does mean limited numbers in the kitchen preparing food but easy to get by with. All beds were comfortable and great clean specious bathrooms. We were lucky to have wonderful weather so enjoyed the outside of the Villa to the maximum. Avery special stay.

Gorgeous place
Booking & check-in was very smooth. Claire and David made sure we had supplies available for our first night due to a late arrival. I've never felt more welcome! The villa is stunning and absolutely gorgeous. Well maintained and fully-equipped. The garden offers enough privacy and beautiful 360 degrees views of the surrounding landscape. The swimming pool is clean and very inviting. We'd definitely like to come back to this place.

Heaven!
Villa Vinya was a fantastic find! We wanted a villa without neighbours ,a pool,garden,BQ,and near the port it ticked all the boxes and more! They had thought of absolutely everything (except outside shower!) the kitchen was especially very well equipped and we loved the two different seating areas ,ping pong table also a huge success as were all the other outdoor games and sun loungers! Cannot recommend it highly enough!.Having never treated ourselves to such a high end holiday it was worth the two year wait despite half the party not being able to make it! Claire and Paul David both very pleasant to deal with.We will be back!
