« La maison est très bien située. Situation idéale pour visiter les plus beaux coins de Majorque (serra da Tramuntana, cap Formentor, ...). Les paysages sont époustouflants. L'environnement est super calme, au bout d'un chemin étroit et tortueux (attention, un gros SUV ou un minibus peut avoir du mal à passer). Beau jardin, piscine magnifique, mais les moustiques, c'est une vraie calamité. Même en novembre, on se fait agresser à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. Insupportable, mais c'est...

« Our family had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the pool and close location to town. The house was comfortable for our family. Our only feedback was that the kitchen did not have basics like salt, pepper, oil or extra garbage bags. »

« The house is very nice and comfortable. Great pool and barbecue area . The view from the terrace is very nice . The property could benefit if they had wifi in the exterior and better signal in some of the rooms . The hosts are not too accommodating and even sometimes rude . During the check in we forgot to bring some forms and she was very upset »

« Perfect property for large groups- lots of outside space and well equipped. We hired bikes to get to and from the villa which helped as it’s quite a walk to the port in the heat. »

« The location is fabulous, a two minute walk to the heart of Pollensa which is one of the best locations on the island, full of old world charm and fabulous restaurants. The townhouse is even better than the pictures and the outside space provides a perfect oasis to ride out the hot days. The hosts were wonderful and I cannot recommend this place enough. One tip - do follow Andrea's very, very clear instructions on how to arrive at the rear of the property - ignoring these in favour of sat-nav...

« Lovely villa in a great location, convenient for shops, bars and beaches. Well organised check in/out, very accommodating and helpful. My only comment is the bbq area is not a very social space which we did not use as much as hoped, dark as under large trees with no lighting, bbq needs to be moved nearer the pool and villa »

« Poussière partout alors que l'on vous demande un prix exorbitant pour le nettoyage. Terrasses pas nettoyées depuis des jours voire des semaines. La réponse est qu'il vient de pleuvoir et de toute manière avec le vent elles seront directement à nouveau sales (surtout que des excréments de pigeons y étaient en nombre et n'étaient pas vraiment frais de 2-3 jours). Odeurs d'égouts inimaginable et permanentes dans deux des chambres. Pour moi il doit s'agir d'un problème chronique. Certains mobiliers...

« Wonderfull lovely & great host familly - warm welcome - very reactive, they do all they can and their best to facilitate your stay. the outdoor pool table is a gorgious idea, tennis table, swiming pool, BBQ, summer outside kitchen, area to have a drink, the cats to take care...everything were perfect. Thank you to the Nadal familly, el papa padre, his daughter, Marco... such a taff..so much work to maintain such a property as it is...congratulations. We took advantage and enjoyed the villa but...

« Maison impeccable à notre arrivée avec les lits faits. L’extérieur est très agréable avec un jardin fruitier et une vue sur les montagnes. Nous étions début mai et avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était fraiche mais agréable. Les salles de bain et chambres sont fonctionnelles, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La ville de Pollença est tout proche avec des commerces alimentaires très bien. Environnement très calme (sauf le coq à côté). Bonne communication avec les...

« Amazing Villa that was perfect for our group of 20. We made use of all the outside facilities, the volleyball court was particularly good fun. The hosts were extremely helpful throughout - organising beer barrels, restaurant reservations and food delivery shops. Always quick to respond, but also felt like they left us to ourselves and had our holiday. Thanks to Alejandro particularly. Could not recommend enough! »
