Location is a little strange...you are in the middle of an industrial park in Malvar, where there wasn't much to see. We booked it because we wanted to be close to Hidden Valley Springs, which ended up being about an hour away anyway. Also, there is no Uber or Grab, so make sure you have a car service prepared if you do not own a car.
Back to the hotel, however, the entrance/lobby was immaculate and refreshing upon entering. The staff was very attentive, helpful and kind. We were situated immediately to our room, which we were a little disappointed since it seemed like the room was a little outdated compared to the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel. And the tub in the bathroom showed rust albeit it was clean. The beds were somewhat comfortable but were too firm/stiff for my mom. When we requested for additional pillows and towels, we were told it would cost 100 pesos each and to which we answered was absolutely ridiculous. I've never heard of a charge for such things but upon responding, they said they would waive the fee which was nice but still left us confused. But overall, the room was clean and everything worked (ac/shower/refrigerator/etc) so we were happy.
Facilities: The pool was big, pretty and clean. The gym was tiny..barely any equipment. The service at the restaurants and downstairs bar were top notch.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those who are commuting and need a place to relax but would definitely not recommend this as a destination hotel.
