Chalets à Malvern

« The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant. »

« Had to change to a room with a shower only for disability reasons. Fire alarm close to 10pm didn't help because it was freezing cold outside in the meeting point in th parking lot. Not a fault of the hotel, but thermal blankets from the fire brigade would have been nice »

« Nous avons choisi un chambre mi-gamme, situé dans l'aile "moderne" (années 1970/80?) de l'hotel. A gagner le chambre il faut monter quelques marches, ici, là. Le chambre était bien propre, mais le décor semblé plus en accord avec l'époque de l'aile. Le (grand) lit était le plus confortable qu'aucun hotel que nous avons visité: c'était l'invitation à faire la grasse matinée! Nous n'avons pas diner au reste de l'hotel mais le petit déjeuner était du bon qualité et a profusion. A reccomander. »

« This is a lovely cottage and very cosy and warm. It's also near lots of attractions. It was very nice to be able to take my friend's dog who seemed to enjoy herself too. The main door was quite hard to lock and unlock as it's stiff but I broke my right wrist in August so that probably didn't help matters. The owners were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the cottage to others and I would certainly revisit myself. »
