🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One assigned underground parking space (#105) is included. Please park only in the designated space.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo.

• Communal amenities: The clubhouse with a ping pong table is available when open per HOA hours/availability. BBQ stations are available during summer only.

• Pool, Spa & Sauna: The indoor spa, indoor swimming pool, and sauna are open! Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Mountain Operations: Lift operations, gondola schedules, and other resort services are managed by Mammoth Mountain and may change due to weather or operational needs.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT-05960-0047.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
