« This spot is super solid especially solo traveling. Right in downtown mammoth close to most shops and restaurants/bars. Has rooms with balconies that face the mountain so a great view, probably even more so during snow season. Parking easy with garages right under your rooms even. Even has an elevator if you don’t wanna walk up the stairs. Very very clean and has a nice smell. I got the standard room for an awesome price, has everything you need and an above average bathroom. « They have a balcony really good for star gazing. Other than the body wash bottle not working and poor sound isolation, eveything is good. Overall good experience. »

« Room was ss listed, a studio cabin. Restsurant on-site is unbelievably good. Staff are friendly and helpful. The best part is the lake. It boasts the most breathtaking scenery you could imagine. I can't wait to get back to the Convict Lake Resort »

« This was a great minimalist room that was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the heated bathroom floors were a very nice touch. We had a little trouble with the wall heater, but the plug in radiator heated the room nicely once it warmed up. There was also a really nice coffee shop just up the road called the Walker Coffee Co that had great breakfast options. »

« Great place to stay, very convenient having restaurants and grocery stores near by, also the What to do Guide that the host created was a great addition! And lastly the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable after a long day hiking. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfy, resort style place to stay. »
