Great Place to Stay
Loved the home. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. We made breakfast there daily and cooked burger on the grill one night. Great location, close to the many lakes, to downtown Mammoth and to Yosemite. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying here. The view is wonderful, ski in and ski out worked so well for us. The condo had all the amenities we could have needed and more. Decor is lovely, beds are cozy and comfy. Love the attention to detail that was put into this place

Great Spot!
We loved our stay here. Definitely felt like a family vacation home rather than a quick turn rental that has no personality. You can tell the owners put a lot of work into recently remodeling and keeping the condo in good shape.. Very well stocked kitchen, cozy & comfortable beds/bedrooms, great location (can’t beat the ski in & ski out convenience), and overall great communication. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Great place for family with nice view
We stayed for a week in the end of December. Owners are super friendly and flexible. We had to adjust our stay due to unexpected kid’s activities; owners are able to work with us without complaining.
The house are recently remodeled and stacked with sticks. It’s the first property we stayed making us feel home. We will definitely will come back if possible.

Owner Responsiveness - Incredible
Our stay was scheduled when the snow levels in Mammoth were at its height and we became concerned. We were fortunate and grateful that the owner happened to be staying at the property and actually stayed until our arrival to make sure we were comfortable with all of the conditions given the roads. He went over and beyond. Whenever I had questions about the pellet stove, he responded within minutes and our stay was fabulous.

Mammoth Ski Condo
Our family really enjoyed this unit for a ski trip. It is recently remodeled, clean and well stocked. Owners were very responsive and considerate. Tough to beat if you want to ski: there is an approximate 100 yard walk up from the condo to where you can put on your skis and access Blue Jay. You can ski-in essentially to the front door. The view from the unit is beautiful and pellet heating stove gives a cozy feel. The garage is tight for a standard SUV but there is overflow parking nearby.

Lively ski in and out cabin
We really enjoyed our stay! There were 4 of us. The place is beautiful and the ski in out is fantastic! Note that the ski in/out has no beginner runs which wasn't a problem for us. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Things to note, there are two bedrooms, but one of the bedrooms with a queen is very small. Having 2.5 bathrooms was great. The location is nice and views are beautiful, but it is somewhat secluded so it isn't as easy to go out to eat without driving. We were able to walk for about 1 mile to Canyon lodge and then take the free shuttle. We also enjoyed the beer on tap. We would stay here again, thank you!

GORGEOUS PLACE - COMPLICATED ELECTRONICS AND HEAT
Very nice accommodations, but we had great difficulty in navigating the electronic ( e.g. never got the bedroom tv working and no instructions). We could have used better instructions for the heating system, which is not central, and relies on this pellet stove, which we never got to operate. Maybe the people that used the property before us screwed it up, I don't know. Overall, a very deluxe place.

Bed luck renting rom these owners
We came up to Mammoth for 4 nights with the family for skiing which we do several times per year. During the time of our trip it snowed significantly. Some tenants next door who owned the place for 32 years said they never seen so much snow. Our car was parked in the overflow parking outside which is part of the complex. The road to the parking got snowed in and the car was completely covered with snow and blocked. We could not get it out. The complex snow plow was out of order and the snow on the roads was not cleared for several days. We were able to dig the car out which took at least 8-9 hrs (Owners had one shovel). During our stay we notified the owners on several occasions that our car is stuck and that the reads have not been plowed. We sent videos and pictures of the situation. The unit owner assured us that the car will be dug out of the snow and we will be able to leave on time. The owners had another renter coming to the unit which was not cancelled knowing the situation. As it got late in the day and we were still not able to get the car out. The owners demeanor changed and they were getting very passive aggressive which is the worse when you are already in a stressful situation trying to get the kids home. They made us feel like we don’t want to leave their unit. We even took all the stuff out of the unit to the garage and let the maids come in to clean and get the place ready for next renters. Our kids did not have any food all day because we packed everything up. It got late in the afternoon at about 5pm and we received a call from the police that the owners had called them and told them that we are refusing to leave. We had no where to go with the kids and all skiing equipment.. The owners all thought new all of this did not seem to care.
The local police called us on the phone to threatening us to leave or they will come to make an arrest. We told them to come but they of course did not.
Finally past 5:30 pm the complex management was able to get someone with a snow loader to come and clean the road. We got the car out then loaded and finally left little past 6pm. On the way down the new renters going to unit 42 (same unit) got stuck on the way up blocking the entire road. They had to be towed. It is discouraging to know that there are people out there like these owners we rented from. The lack of understanding is incredible. We wish them best of luck but karma is a b…. Or maybe just a bad like renting from them…

Loved everything!
My family stayed at Andrea and Jeff's house for a little more than a week. The place is exactly as it appears in the pictures: it's beautifully decorated, clean and furnished with everything you can possibly need. The location is unbeatable: you can ski in and out ski trails easily. The view from the living room and the kids' bedroom is gorgeous: it feels like being in the middle of a forest and isolated from the rest of the world, while really being steps from Canyon Lodge and the village. The house feels like a home, really. We didn't want to leave and we'll definitely be back. Thanks, Andrea and Jeff!!!

Beautiful place - well stocked
Love the ski in/ ski out convenience. Very comfortable, nice bedding and towels, big TV, surround sound. Lots of extras to make it feel special and homey. Driveway can be slippery, likely need chains when there is snow/ice. Will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Andrea's wonderful home. It was so comfortable and cosy and we were grateful the kitchen was so well equipped. They were so helpful and quick to respond with any issues and queries we had. We visit Mammoth a lot and its the nicest rental we've stayed in. We would definitely like to come and stay again.

Great spot above Canyon Lodge!
We really enjoyed our stay over the long Labor Day weekend.
The hosts were very communicative, responsive and extra helpful providing fun activity ideas for the kids.
The pad was very nicely decorated, comfortable and the location/views are ideal.
I don't remember staying somewhere so well supplied, it was a lot like being at home!
If there are any drawbacks it felt a bit tight and getting up that hill in the winter could be a challenge.
Overall, highly recommend!

The location was beautiful, easy to access, great space with access to the garage. The house had just about everything we would need. Loved having the ability to the slopes essentially as the backyard to walk around on.

Best Kept Secret in Mammoth!
We rented this beautiful home for a few days of skiing and were so impressed with everything. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The kids (teenagers) loved the location as they could ski in and ski out easily even coming back for lunch in the warm home. The owners are super helpful and answered all our questions. The parking is in a garage so no cleaning off snow every morning. Plus, it ’s next to Canyon so all rentals were very close and easy to access. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect ski-in ski-out location.
This lovely property couldn’t be better located for real ski-in and ski-out ability. It provides a feeling of being nestled in the woods while being just off the Blu-Jay run. We loved it.
