First of all was the stove, the oven door would stay closed and we had to stand there and hold it shut to make it work. We called as required in order to remedy the problem. We also asked to have the technician call before he arrived, which he never did, he just showed up. The technician was supposed to arrive first thing the next morning after we called, he arrived unannounced around noon. We wasted all day waiting for the technician and our family missed out on a previously planned event. We were not in a position to waste any more days waiting for a technician and miss our planned events.Secondly, one of the downstairs bathroom door didn’t have a door knob. It was just a hole in the door where the knob should be. This was very inconvenient. Thirdly, the kitchen was ill supplied. The can opener was so cheap, it didn’t work and we had to run to the market and buy one during mid meal preparation. The pots and pans were in poor condition and the pan’s coating was flaking off. We decided not to use them for possible health concerns. We had luckily brought our own pan just in case and were very glad we did. The owner/management company did offer us 100.00 to resolve the matter, as long as we would not post anything about our concerns. We chose not to take the offer and let others know about this unit.In closing, we were very disappointed with our stay at this unit and would not recommend it for anyone given the cost.
