Dieses 4 Schlafzimmer plus Loft, 4 Badezimmer Stadtdomizil wurde komplett von Grund auf umgebaut! Neue Böden in jedem Zimmer, komplett renovierte Badezimmer und Küche. Es liegt nur einen Katzensprung von der Eagle Lodge entfernt und ist perfekt für eine große Gruppe oder Familie, die sich in einem ruhigen Teil der Stadt entspannen möchten. Das Stadthaus verfügt über gewölbte Decken, einen großen offenen Grundriss im Wohnbereich, einen Holzkamin und einen Essbereich mit Platz für 10 Personen. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten, die Sie benötigen, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Sie genießen auch den privaten Whirlpool mit herrlichem Bergblick!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit einem Doppelwaschtisch, einer Badewanne und einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt außerdem über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschtisch und ebenerdiger Dusche. Das dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer bieten jeweils ein Queensize-Bett und ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Doppelwaschtisch und begehbarer Dusche. Das Loft im Obergeschoss ist perfekt für Kinder oder Singles mit insgesamt 6 Einzelbetten (1 Etagenbett mit 2 Einzelbetten und 2 Einzelbetten mit 2 Einzelbetten). Ein Gemeinschaftsbad befindet sich am unteren Ende der Loft-Treppe mit einem Einzelwaschtisch und begehbare Dusche. Alle Mammoth Sierra-Gäste erhalten kostenfreien vollen Zugang zum Snowcreek Athletic Club, um Einrichtungen wie einen beheizten Innenpool, eine Dampfsauna, ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, Yoga, Pilates- und Fahrradstudio und vieles mehr zu genießen.

Eine spektakuläre Gruppe oder Familie Townhome nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Eagle Lodge! Dieses Reihenhaus bietet Platz für maximal 14 Personen und verfügt über eine private Einzelgarage mit 2 zusätzlichen Außenparkplätzen in der Einfahrt. Es verfügt über 4 Ebenen. Den Gästen stehen zwei Parkausweise zur Verfügung. Wenn mehr Parkplätze benötigt werden als vereinbart, wenden Sie sich bitte an unser Büro, um alternative Optionen zu erhalten. The house was the perfect accommodation for a family ski vacation. The large kitchen allowed us to cook several family meals and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. Any the views are breathtaking!!

Perfect location

This was a wonderful house that has all the accommodations. The location is perfect to get around Mammoth. The best part of the house was using the living room for all of us to be in. The windows share a beautiful view of the mountains. Will definitely book this place again.

Amazing stay!

The property was exactly as described - spacious, clean, and filled with amenities! We had a wonderful time and also explored the very nice neighborhood. Overall great house with a great location to walk-on ski. House fit our group wonderfully. My only note is the kitchen pans were all bad along with a few other utensils. They could use some updating but otherwise everything was great.

President weekend w/ friends, & family

We've been coming to Mammoth NTN for 13 yrs w/ 2 other families, & this was the first time we stayed in one condo/ house together. We had 10 people,b& we were able to spread out, & not feel crowded. The slopes was about 100 yrds down the hill which made it easier to come in for lunch, & at the end of the day. Sun rise views across the valley are spectacular. Overall a great weekend.

Wonderful location within short walk to slopes

This property exceeded our expectations. We were 3 families of teenagers with a total of 12 and had more than enough room to hang out and relax! I do not think the description emphasizes enough how close this property is to the Bridges Run at the Eagle Lodge side of Mammoth.I hate to walk and carry all my gear, and I was able to do it no problem. It was just a really short walk and super easy to ski in and out and come back for lunch. It had all the kitchen cooking items needed to feed a serve a group of over 12 people. Also, the hot tub is huge and we kept it at 104 degrees and it felt wonderful after a long day of skiing. I strongly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

Family bonding trip.

It was a remodeled property as stated and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. I don’t believe the description showed that it was broken up into 4 floors: loft that had the bunks and trundles, main with kitchen and living room, and two lower floors with the bedrooms. It’s in a condo complex where there was no yard space. I would say the only real issue we had was that the window screens had recently been replaced and they didn’t fit properly. Since the unit does not have AC and we were there in late June, we had to have windows open, which allowed the bugs to come in. Maintenance did try to help, but didn’t have the right parts. Hopefully they’ll be fixed for the next guests. Other than that, it’s a very nice unit.

Worst stay we have every had

This home should not be rented out in the condition that it is in. We encountered multiple problems during our stay. There were safety issues such as the master bathroom door which leads to the outside the property did not have a lock.it was visible that the lock had been removed. The garage would not close with our car parked inside. Multiple windows were broken and would not shut. The worst part of our stay was encountering a rat while we were sitting at the dinning room table. After futher investigation we discoverved rat droppings around the house.

Great location but Jacuzzi didn't work

The condo is in a great location near Eagle. A short walk down the driveway to get to an Eagle ski run (in and out), although it's ~1 mile to drive to Eagle lodge. The condo is four floors: two bedrooms on bottom floor, two on the middle floor and loft above main floor. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and spices, etc. Several guests enjoyed the master bathroom spa tub (fits two people). The main disappointment was that the Jacuzzi wasn't heating. We called right away and someone came to look at it but it was never fixed. Having a private Jacuzzi as advertised in the VRBO title was a key draw for this property. Some additional maintenance items needed: the downstairs shower didn't get hot even though the hot water in the sink in that bathroom did; and the fireplace lighter was out of fluid. Recommend providing more detailed instructions about fireplace damper for those not familiar with lighting fires in fireplaces.

The property was clean and in a good location. Felt like a good size for a group of 14. Our only complaints were there weren’t enough bath towels for 14 people, as it was stated there would be. There were only 2 towels per bathroom (8 total) which wasn’t enough for 14 people for 3 nights. The property was updated in the kitchen and bathrooms, which was nice.. but it definitely needed updates in some places. Several windows wouldn’t open and handles were broken, bed in master appeared to be previously “fixed” but was hanging on by a thread and squeaked so badly, the decking/hand rails on the balcony with the hot tub needs updated badly as it’s chipping and caused a splinter, and neither the trash compactor or the garbage disposal worked. There were several other updates needed as well.Overall the property was good and we enjoyed it. The views were great!

Definitely, we will be using again the company in the future and we will refer this to families and friends. Thank you Mammoth Sierra Reservations. It was a comfortable family reunion and a mini getaway with my family.

Awesome house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time on our 3 day stay at this house. We had 11 adults in our group and never felt crowded. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished with amazing mountain views. The hottub was wonderful and felt so good after a long day of snowboarding. The slopes were just minutes away which allowed us to come home for lunch.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. Overall, just wonderful and we would definitley stay there again! The highlight of our trip was finding a bear climbing into the backseat of our car as we were unloading our luggage and grociers on the first day! So exciting - but might want to keep you car doors closed! :)
