  • This spacious and modern 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom condo has been

    completely remodeled top to bottom and features high-end appliances,

    finishings, and flooring throughout. The living room has a large 55" TV, wood-

    burning fireplace, and large sectional sofa that can seat the entire family.



    The custom kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, stainless steel

    appliances, stone countertops and tasteful pendant lighting, as well as a

    fully stocked kitchen with ALL of the essentials to prepare your meals.



    The master bedroom downstairs features a King bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan,

    and private en suite remodeled bathroom with standing shower. The second

    downstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and access

    to an adjacent hallway bathroom which has also been totally remodeled and

    upgraded. The upstairs loft has 4 twin beds, a 42” flatscreen TV and private

    remodeled bathroom. This area is perfect for the kids or a group of singles!



    The outdoor balcony overlooks the complex picnic area that features a new

    pool, jacuzzi, picnic tables, gas grills (Summer only), and tennis court. All

    guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

    facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

    yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.



    The condo comes with free high speed WiFi, and sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

    Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than

    what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There

    are 16 stairs to the condo, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are

Great family location

Great Trip

Property was as described. A little smaller than the pictures made it look but still adequate. The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Great trip.

Great Condo

We have been to Mammoth a few times, but brought friends on their first trip. The condo was in a nice general location, it was clean and all was updated which was a must. It was large enough to accommodate 4 couples. We came during a very slow time of the year, so the complex was very quiet. We’ll come again and would stay here again next summer.

Nice and very clean condo

This condo was very clean and it was updated. It was in a great location. A few blocks down was the grocery store and several restaurants to choose from. It took about 15 min to drive to the Main Lodge where we ski’d at. The only issue we had was the heater. It would turn off in the middle of the night right when it’s the coldest.

Beautiful Condo at Sunshine Village

This was not condo complex we originally booked with. Apparently a plumbing issue the day we arrived. The property management went above and beyond. We actually got an upgrade from the original booking. This unit was stunning!! Everything was so beautiful, beds were great, TV's in every bedroom (upgrade), nice large sectional for our party of five. They even gave us the passes to the original condo complex booking that was next door to allow us to use both pool, jacuzzis, tennis courts, and game rooms, (that was extra kind)! We had a great vacation, and as always, wanted to stay longer. We will return for sure next summer.

Perfect for a family get away

This unit was perfect for our 2 families. The loft with 4 twin beds and bath upstairs was so much fun for all the kids. Location was fantastic too. It is very comfortable and beautifully remodeled to be modern yet still feels like a cozy mountain escape. We had to reschedule due to fires in September and Mammoth Sierra was accommodating... they gave us 2 months to rebook, so while we were aiming for late summer activities, we wound up seeing snow which was also great fun. Mammoth is beautiful all year long, I highly recommend it and this unit!

Amazing Summer in Mammoth

We rented this unit for 5 weeks. First off, let me say this property management company is great. I did a ton of research on rentals and Mammoth Sierra Reservations was one of the only companies that actually answered my emails or phone calls. The property has been newly renovated and contains all of the everyday items one needs during a vacation (pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.) Large pantry for food storage as well. The owners did a great job maximizing space with additional shelves, hooks, etc. for all of your outdoor gear. A short bike ride/walk to the Mammoth Town loop and Old Mammoth Park. We had a hard time finding a property with the amenities, space and quality, but this unit exceeded all of our expectations. Side note - you do share walls so you can feel the unit shake a bit when people are going up and down stairs, but that did not bother us.

The overall vacation rental experience was beyond my expectations. The unit was very comfortable, clean, well appointed with amenities, and in a location that was walkable to the downtown area yet close to the ski slopes. Had a very enjoyable stay and would rent there again. The check in and check out procedures were seamless and the management staff was very pleasant.

Great vacation

Really great vacation and very good experience with the condoThe condo is a 2 bedroom with loft where the lift has been enclosed to make it a sort of bedroom, but it also makes it very stuffy with little airflow. The rental company was very good about our concern and got us a couple fans which helpedA concern was that the closet for the main bedroom as well as the loft were locked which makes it very difficult to manage for a week long vacationOther than the above 2 issues a very comfortable and clean condo.

Good condo for 2 families

Good ski condo for a ski week trip to Mammoth. Loved the location as we were able to avoid the busy streets & get where we were going easily. 5-7 minutes from everything. Living space is plenty big for four adults & four kids ages 7-5. Photos do make it seem larger though. Very clean & nicely decorated.

Perfect for large groups

Stayed here for 3 days. We had 8 adults and never felt crowded. With the couch and dining table, no one was without a seat. Well appointed full size kitchen. Spacious master and second bedroom. 4 adults stayed upstairs and it was a little tight, but we saved so much money. Bed linens and towels were very clean. Complex jacuzzi and sauna area are huge and very social. Tons of parking. We were there during 80" of snow and the plows kept us able to get in and out. Very helpful people lender shovels and scrapers. Close to shuttle stop and a walk to vons/ restaurants. Highly recommend. Dealing with Mammoth Sierra Reservations was quick and easy. Very friendly and helpful staff

Beautiful remodeled condo near the slopes!

This condo is was perfect for our family! It was completely remodeled, with plenty of room for the 10 people in our group. The unit had EVERYTHING we needed, and the complex included a new pool and Jacuzzi to relax in. The central location to the village and mountain was also ideal. We will definitely stay here again this winter!
