The home itself was beyond perfect. Beautiful, cozy, magical, exactly as advertised (if not better), and clearly owned by someone who genuinely cares about their property and their guests. For that reason alone, I am absolutely giving this a 5-star review - the owner does not deserve to be penalized in any way.That said, the property management company was an entirely different story.Communication was poor, disorganized, and frustrating from start to finish. Basic questions took far too long to be answered (if they were answered at all), and several avoidable issues arose simply due to lack of follow-through and attention to detail on their end. The contrast between the quality of the home and the quality of the management was honestly shocking.
