Tolles Hotel mit fast familiärem Umfeld.
Ein schöner entspannter Kurzurlaub über 6 Tage. Ob Sandstrand, Sport an der Uferpromenade, Spazieren am Meer, alles in allem ganz toll.

Totale Entspannung, direkt am Stand, sehr Sauber
Lange gesucht und zum glück gefunden. Die positiven Details bei den anderen Rezessionen werde ich versuche nicht zu wiederholen. War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt um einfach mal von der Arbeitswelt runter zu kommen. Ist zwar für Junge Singles etwas schräg das Hotel zu buchen, aber auch hier findet man ein paar nette Bekanntschaften mit denen man Spaß haben kann. Hotel liegt direkt angrenzend an Alba Queen und Resort wo man auch an verschiedenen Tagen abends bei der Strand Disko abfeiern kann. Auch mit den Animations Leuten kann man Spaß haben. Gibt meistens Samstags und Dienstags (je nach dem) noch eine Fahrt abends in die Lokalen Clubs von Side (ca. München P1 Preise, aber hat Spaß gemacht). Alles im allem, nichts was beim All inkl. fehlt. An Cocktails ist so ziemlich alles geboten was man von den Standards kennt, Essen am Buffet ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Kellner und Personal an sich ist sehr unterschiedlich, gibt einige die wirklich dahinter sind das Gesamtkonzept zu halten, jedoch merkt man bei einigen ein gewisses Desinteresse den Gästen gegenüber. Hier ist aber die Hotelleitung sehr dahinter bei solchen Kritiken. Für alle Internet süchtigen --> Hotel Wlan ist instabil aber man kann das nötigste machen. Für mich war es mal entspanend, dass das Telefon nicht die ganze Zeit vibriert ;) Ihr wollte richtige Entspannung gemischt mit ein bisschen Action und nette Unterhaltungen --> book it ;)

Das Personal war superfreundlich und sofort Hilfsbereit. Beim Essen gibt es ein paar kleinere Abzüge, aber es war genießbar. Das Hotel besticht durch eine Vielzahl an Ruheständlern die um 06:00 die Liegen reservieren und erst gegen Nachmittag kommen. Echt Nervig, haben aber immer einen Platz bekommen. Das Angebot im Hotel an Läden und Info Möglichkeiten ist groß und völlig ausreichend. Es wird sehr viel English geredet aber die können auch etwas Deutsch. Aber alles in allem ein gutes und sauberes Hotel.

Zwei der drei Spezialitäten-Restaurants waren - wohl saisonbedingt - noch gar nicht offen. Für eine Woche Aufenthalt bot das normale Buffet-Angebot jedoch ausreichende Variationen an guten bis sehr guten Speisen. Insbesondere für diejenigen Tage, welche sich wetter-bedingt nicht für den Strand oder Pool-Bereich eignen, bietet das Wellness-Angebot eine tolle Alternative. Das Hotel-Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Räumlichkeiten sind so ausgestattet, dass man sich überall zum Verweilen willkommen fühlt. Leider war das Internet extrem langsam und hatte immer wieder Aussetzer. Wer zum Ausruhen ins Alba Royal kommt, findet hier einen tollen Platz; selbst im Hotel eigenen Strand-Bereich.

Perfekt
Herausragend und passend zu dem Namen des Hotel, fühlten wir uns in jeder Hinsicht wohl. Der Strand war sehr sauber und das Ufer hatte wenig bis gar keine Steine. Das Zimmer bot einen romantischen Blick aufs Meer und war äusserst bequem. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und bot zu jeder Tageszeit viel Abwechslung. Der Service war gut, die Massagen waren sehr gut - die fehlen mir jetzt schon wieder. Alles in allem, es war ruhig trotz vielen Gästen und wir werden definitiv wieder hinfahren.

Hôtel superbe et calme, propre, excellent service.
Alba Royal est une adresse à recommander. C’est la quatrième fois que nous y passons. Le service est toujours aussi excellent et le personnel sympathique. Nous vivons dans le calme et le luxe. Les chambres standards sont largement suffisantes et la chambre supérieure est excellente. Le tout pour un rapport-qualité prix imbattable Un séjour à jour à recommander.

Great hotel all round
Lovely adults only hotel where the staff can't do enough for you, it is spot less, there is a good variety of food and the entertainment team, especially Omen, are great. Halil in the restaurant remembered us from 3 years ago and is always smiling and happy. Great hotel this was our 3rd visit!

Dejligt hotel med et super sødt personale. En del ældre gæster, hvilket nok slyldes at vi var der de to sidste uger inden hotellet lukkede. Dejligt varieret mad. Super god beliggenhed ved stranden. Kan varmt anbefales hvis den står til afslapning. Der er ikke rigtig nogen by i gåafstand, men Side kan varmt anbefales.

Отдыхали в этом отеле вдвоем с мужем с 2-го по 13-е сентября 2017 года. Отдых от суеты и шума вполне удался. Особых проблем от незнания турецкого и немецкого языков не испытывали. Все сотрудники отеля, начиная от рецепшн и заканчивая горничными, старались понять и решить все вопросы. При том очень оперативно. Кухня нам понравилась, достаточно разнообразный ассортимент блюд: на любой вкус и взгляд, без очередей и в достатке. По сезону были представлены фрукты и овощи. Питание организовано весь день и в ресторанах и в барах на очень хорошем уровне. В течение нашего пребывания было проведено (без лишней помпезности) три тематических ужина, о которых мы догадались по флагам (турецкий и итальянский), а также по большему содержанию морских блюд – средиземноморский. Вино, пиво и т.п., как во всех турецких отелях – без изыска, но и вполне приемлемое. Весь день (с 11-00 до 17-00) можно лакомиться без ограничения мороженым. Да и какие ограничения!, если в отеле, в основном, контингент за 50 и без детей. Каждый вечер, на час-полтора, живая музыка в исполнении, как мне показалось, местных групп. Рядом с отелем для прогулок имеется замечательно красивый парк. Отель оставил приятные впечатления своей неспешностью, спокойствием и тишиной.

Great hotel & lovely area!
This hotel is great. The staff are wonderful and friendly, the food is excellent and the beach was fantastic. It's main clientele are German and the staff assume everyone is german - not a problem but can get tiring. I came to have some peace and quiet and I got it. Very relaxing and a beautiful area. Would return though not in high season as I prefer less busy times.

Great place to relax
Best thing is that it's Adults Only. We didn't realise how peaceful and relaxing the Alba Royal was until we joined the 'beach party' (which incidentally was great) held on one evening when all 3 Alba hotels in the area got together. It was only then, surrounded by children and their (mostly!) doting parents, that it occurred to us how peaceful the Royal was. Not that we don't like children - but ours are now 18 and 22, and if you don't have to listen to other peoples' children's screams, whining and crying why would you? I believe the age criteria is 15 , so families with older children (but not quite adult) are not excluded but the pool isn't taken up with parents teaching their little ones to swim or bobbing around all day with babies in rubber rings. Equally, the all-inclusive dining was targeted at adults and there were no children picking food up and putting it back in the serving containers again as we have seen in other all-inclusive hotels that actively encourage children. All the food was excellent THEY REALLY MUST SORT OUT THEIR INTERNET CONNECTION. We had no wi-fi (or internet) for the whole week we were there. Reception staff just said "tomorrow" or raised their eyebrows unhelpfully when asked when it might be back. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel over others, so a really big disappointment particularly as a couple of us were waiting on email confirmation of jobs etc. It came back on the day we were leaving - too late for us.

Exceeded some expectations disappointed others
On arrival we were not pleased to learn that the superior room was not available for the first night. We were offered a standard room or a superior in a sister hotel. They did their best to put us in the other hotel but we we would not have it. When we asked how they would compensate us for the inferior room for the night they offered us a bottle of wine which was unacceptable as we had paid an inclusive price. The reception staff had poor English but the customer relations manager was fluent and as helpful as she could be. On the first night we were horrified to hear how loud the hotel entertainment was. This stopped at midnight then after that and until 4am we heard the boom boom of other hotels' entertainment. This was a total shock to us as we had hoped to have a "relaxing" holiday but it was more like being in Ibiza in July/August party season. This happened every night except Sunday. The noise was not easy to ignore if you wanted to sleep. There was also noise during the day in the form of staff entertainment programme which started at 10am with a hei de hei style trumpet announcement and various other announcements on the PA during the day. It was not the style of hotel we had expected. We did not use the outdoor pool once during our 2 week stay as the sunbeds were reserved from before 7am. The hotel does have a policy of no reserving before 8am which was not enforced and we did not want to squeeze in between sunbeds with towels. We used the indoor pool.

many great features but not the front office. The hotel manager for the front desk should be fired or retrained. Extra soap "impossible" Extra towel "impossible". Towel for the gym, "impossible, can not be done"! All inclusive does not mean 'all' at this resort. Everything else was great, room, food, staff besides front desk, setting, warm sea....okay the hard booze tasted like it was made in somebody's garage but mostly everything else was great. Would not go back because the front desk treated you like kids or they did not trust you. Not sure which one. Many other great places to select from that deliver the entire package.....gotta love competition!

Food was delicious, I enjoyed all those fresh vegetables and fruit. This is an adult only hotel, which I loved because it was quiet and relaxing, there were a lot of older people, and they still had a lot of fun it looked like. Staff was great. One thing I found kind of strange is that the AC worked only during certain hours, maybe it was because it was late May and they tried to conserve energy, but it was hot to sleep under those warm blankets with no AC, I never asked them if that was all year round though.

A nice stay at a beach front hotel. This was our first 'short haul' all inclusive - we've stayed in Mexico and the Caribbean previously. I don't really think the food or entertainment was quite five stars, but the room was lovely (apart from the air con not working 24 hours). Staff are all lovely (as were the other guests)

Arrived to find a very unprofessional receptionist who never gave us an identity wrist band, called for the bell boy, or told us which direction our room was. Found it eventually. He was a young lad and very charming, but he was obviously given the push as we never saw him again. From then on we found all the staff throughout the hotel very professional and friendly. There is a great array of dishes for every course, and I defy anyone who says the food is not good. It was all delicious. Outside facilities are kept clean. Had to grab your sun bed and lay your towel each morning. Poolside bar is great, with afternoon snacks, fresh pancakes, waffles, and a good selection of ice creams. There is also another little cafe for afternoon tea and cake. Beautiful long beach to walk along, and soft sand. Overall a great location for a relaxing holiday. Have never understood why the turkish shopkeepers sell the same items as their other twelve neighbours. It is over saturated with shops selling t shirts, shoes, and very tacky gifts. I would like to see more of the local crafts. The pottery is stunning, but have never found a trip sightseeing to see it made, or to see how the rural and local people have lived.

This resort was great and highly relaxing. I will reiterate what other reviewers have said by saying that most of the clientele is over 50 couples. There are some younger folks, and we had a great time (we are 30-somethings), but didn't meet many peers. The staff is wonderful, open and friendly. Do be aware that everyone speaks German here. Luckily, we had enough German to get by with the staff, and the management speaks English as well, so it wasn't a problem. The veiws are wonderful, the food is great (very flavorful, especially considering that it's buffet), and the a la cart restaurants are a nice experience. Enjoy!

Perfect escape from life
My partner and I stayed at the Alba Royal for ten days and we can both honestly say, what a wonderful trip. The staff in the hotel are faultless, the hotel itself is clean, welcoming and beautiful. There is always a wide range of food available however I would say there is a lot of German influence in terms of food, we grew to miss British sausages and beans at breakfast! Other than that, the food was yum. The pool is massive and beautiful, really cold! But refreshing! It gets pretty hot, and that's even in April! So we welcomed the cold water. The drinks available are local brands however not bad and plenty to choose from. The spa facilities are second to none and offer a perfect opportunity to zen out and relax. Outside of the hotel a few minutes walk down, there is a shuttle bus service which cost around 2€ to get a bus to Side, about 20 mins away, beautiful little harbor town with plenty of restaurant and shopping choices. Overall a great holiday and sad to be home!

Confort, propreté et amabilté impeccables
Cet hôtel très bien situé au bord de la mer est d'un accueil exceptionnel. Le personnel est d'une très grande amabilité ; le service est impeccable et les employés toujours souriants. Les installations sont excellentes et la propreté est irréprochable. Tant à la plage qu'au bord de la piscine, nous avons toujours eu assez de place et de chaises longues. Par ailleurs, du fait qu'il n'y a pas d'enfants, on vit dans un calme particulièrement agréable. Enfin, le spa et le hammam sont excellents.

Nice Hotel - 4 Star not a 5 Star Resort.
Hotel Staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival, unfortunately when we checked into our room we saw that we had a twin bed instead of double, the hotel staff said to come back to reception the next day to see if they had any more double (French) rooms available for us to move into, this carried on for 3 mornings repeating the same process of having to go to reception and check each morning. In the end we gave up and stayed in the room first allocated and moved the beds together. The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were pleasant. The Hotel could do with some refurb work in areas, walls cracking - looking damp etc. but overall I would rate it 4 star not a 5 star hotel. The hotel was also for the more senior holiday makers with over 90% of the hotel guest being 50+ (we were only of the only couples under 30) The hotel also had a games room however we later found out that you had to pay extra if you wanted to play snooker, bowling, arcade games which I thought was strange as we had paid an All Inclusive package. The pool bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good variety of food in all the restaurants. I would recommend this Hotel for couples 50+

My Wife and I stayed here for Few days. Food is good. Good size pool . beach front . nightly entertainment. Little expensive.

Hade en riktigt bra vistelse här. Det ända vi har att anmärka på är att vi inte kunde boka någon av a la carte restaurangerna på de fyra dagar vi var där (fullbokat). Riktigt lugnt och skönt kring poolen tack vare åldersgränsen.
