The space
Shell House is a truly unique two-bedroom coastal home, inspired by the curves and proportions of a seashell and nestled among the trees above beautiful Mill Bay.

The light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is surrounded by windows, bringing the peaceful bush and garden setting into the home. Curved walls, a striking circular window and winding staircase give the property its distinctive character, while the wrap-around deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sea, bush and garden views and abundant birdlife.

Bedroom 1 has its own ensuite bathroom. A full bathroom and adjacent walk-in shower are conveniently located next to Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 also has a television with Sky connection.

There is also a separate retreat/day room with a second television, providing another comfortable space to relax away from the main living area.
