500Mbps | Sit-Stand Desk | Pro-Kitchen | WD | King
A 120sqm home an architect designed and custom-built for his own family, now open to yours. Almost every piece is a genuine antique, set against modern lines so it reads warm, not fussy. It sits on Burgos Street, the street people across Manila come to when they want a night out, so it is built for a group that wants to drop their bags, pour a drink, and walk straight into the action.

WHERE EVERYONE SLEEPS ▪ Master: king bed, ensuite bathroom, room-darkening curtains, high-capacity Daikin AC. ▪ Second bedroom: queen bed, LG wall-type AC, and a large in-room safe that holds more than passports — big enough for bigger valuables too. ▪ Third bedroom: single bed with a pull-out trundle, LG wall-type AC. ▪ Every room: a ceiling fan, a full-size wardrobe, and dimmable mood lighting (spot, soft, and main settings). ▪ Travelling with a baby: a full crib set is available on request.
Three bedrooms, six sleepers, beds we can set up to match your group.
/ / /
WHERE YOU COOK & POUR ▪ Bar-grade kitchen: induction hob with full pots, pans, utensils, and the condiments already stocked. ▪ Bar sink station: integrated dispensers and a detachable spray tap, set up for washing glasses like a real bar. ▪ Glassware for the night: white wine, red wine, and cocktail glasses, plus tea, coffee and a French press. ▪ Appliances: LG 2-door fridge, microwave, mini oven, toaster, rice cooker, blender, water kettle, and a range hood. ▪ Smart storage: an ample pantry with pull-out, space-saving fittings that keep the spacious kitchen clutter-free. ▪ Cooking with kids: a full set of children's utensils, plus colourful plastic cups and plates for small children. ▪ Dining: a large table that seats the whole group of six.
The kitchen is the showpiece. It is built to pre-game, host, and cook a real meal, not just reheat one.

WHERE YOU WORK ▪ 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi: holds up for video calls, streaming, and a house full of devices at once. ▪ A work desk and office chair in every bedroom, so up to three people can work at once — the master desk is a sit-stand. ▪ A dedicated task light on every desk.
Set up for nomads and remote workers, especially anyone working a different time zone to Manila.
/ / /
WHERE YOU RELAX ▪ Living room: large L-shaped hangout sofa and a 65-inch LG smart TV with the streaming apps. ▪ Floor-to-ceiling windows: BGC and Rockwell views, with the Proscenium light shows on select evenings. ▪ Two outdoor spaces: a balcony on the skyline side (seating), and the second-bedroom terrace over Burgos Street (chairs, and a table can be added for coffee with the view). ▪ Reading corner: a curated selection of books to dip into, set among the home's antique pieces. ▪ High-capacity Daikin AC in the living room.
Mornings are an open-sky sunrise over the skyline. Evenings are picking which rooftop you head out to next.
/ / /
WHERE YOU WASH UP ▪ Three bathrooms, all with a walk-in rain shower and a bidet. ▪ Master ensuite: private to the master bedroom, with hot water and a hairdryer. ▪ Second bathroom: shared, off the living room, also with hot water and a hairdryer. ▪ Third bathroom: cold shower only, with hot water at the sink — an easy extra toilet and quick rinse. ▪ Complimentary toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Three bathrooms for six people, stocked with towels and the essentials guests usually forget.
/ / /
WHERE YOU DO LAUNDRY ▪ A dedicated laundry room, not a closet — its own space to sort, wash, and fold. ▪ Stacked LG washer and dryer: two separate machines stacked, not a 2-in-1 combo, so you can wash and dry back to back and get through laundry fast. ▪ Hamper provided, plus all the detergent and fabric softener you need.
Built for longer stays and quick big-group turnarounds.

THE LOCATION
Poblacion is Manila's night-out neighbourhood. The best part of staying here is that you are not getting in a car to find the fun, the fun is the street you are on.
▪ Walk to dozens of bars, clubs, and restaurants, from Michelin-listed kitchens to late-night holes in the wall. ▪ Less than 2 minutes' walk to 7-Eleven, under 5 to Century Mall and Starbucks. ▪ Rooftop views let you scout the night and pick your spot before you head down.
Here is the honest part, and it matters: because you are on Burgos Street, you will hear the city. There is real noise every single night, not just weekends, and it is louder on Friday and Saturday — foot traffic, street traffic, and the nightlife itself. The unit is not soundproofed, so the street comes through.
For the right group that is exactly the point. You came to be in the middle of it, and when you want to reset, you step back into a beautifully made home that is all yours. (If anyone in the group is a light sleeper, please read Other Things to Note first — this stay is not for them.)

WHO IT IS FOR ▪ Groups of friends in Manila to go out and experience Poblacion. ▪ Digital nomads working a different time zone, awake at night anyway. ▪ Couples who want a design-led stay in the middle of the action.
The entire 120sqm three-bedroom home is yours — all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and both outdoor spaces.
Self check-in on arrival. The building is residential, so please come and go like a resident, not a tour group.
I am here for you during your stay, but how much we interact is your call. I am a message away in the app, and check-in is self-service on arrival.
This home is newly listed, so it does not have its own reviews yet — but you can read hundreds of reviews from our other stays on our host profile.
You are on Burgos Street, in the middle of Poblacion, the neighbourhood the rest of Manila travels to for a night out. Almost everything below is a short walk from the door. The strip builds from around 7-8pm and peaks from 10pm past 1am, busiest Thursday to Saturday. A starting map (the scene moves fast, so check current days and hours):
🍸 Cocktail bars & speakeasies 🔸 The Spirits Library: rare bottles, live jazz, a hidden-library feel 🔸 OTO: vinyl records and serious craft cocktails 🔸 Run Rabbit Run: Alice-in-Wonderland drinks in a restored home 🔸 Agimat: Filipino foraged ingredients and native spirits
🥃 Tequila / 🍺 craft beer 🔸 A'Toda Madre: 100+ tequilas and mezcals with Mexican food 🔸 Polilya: Engkanto Brewery taproom, beers on tap
🕺 Clubs & dancing 🔸 Octopus: European-style superclub, open till dawn 🔸 Apotheka: red-lit dance floor and live sets 🔸 Sanctuary: rooftop club with skyline views
🌮 Tacos: El Chupacabra and Only Pans (late-night) 🍜 Thai: Crying Tiger | 🥢 Vietnamese: Xin Chao 🍣 Japanese: Tambai skewers, Japonesa, plus sake at YOI / Kampai 🥘 Filipino: Lampara, Lobo Tavern, Miho comfort food 🍽️ Filipino fine dining: XO 46 🍔 24/7 diner: Filling Station (a post-night-out classic) 🥗 Vegan: Cosmic | ☕ Cafes: Commune, Tilde 🌃 Rooftop: Z Hostel roof deck for sunset
🛍️ Everyday 🔸 7-Eleven and a bakery right across the street 🔸 Century City Mall under 5min (cinema, supermarket, dining) 🔸 Starbucks under 5min
🎨 Culture: street art and murals all over Poblacion; Makati Museum a short walk. Late-night, Don Pedro Street fills with Filipino street food (isaw, kwek-kwek, barbecue).
Reservations help at the speakeasies on Friday and Saturday. Our full local picks will follow in the house guidebook.
The best part: the nightlife is on your street, so most nights you never get in a car. Poblacion's bars, clubs and restaurants are all on foot from the door.
For everywhere else, Grab (the ride-hailing app) is how Manila moves: plentiful, affordable, and easier to book than hailing a taxi. Rides are quickest before 9pm and after 3am; the midnight-to-2am window is peak demand, so allow extra time getting home.
🚕 Airport (NAIA, all terminals): about 20-40min by car, depending on traffic and terminal. Leave a buffer at rush hour. 🚆 Nearest train (MRT-3): Guadalupe Station on EDSA, a short Grab ride, for car-free trips toward Ortigas, Cubao and Quezon City. 🏙️ Makati CBD / Ayala (offices, Greenbelt, Ayala malls): about 5-10min by car. 🌆 BGC (Bonifacio Global City): about 10-20min by car. 🚌 Budget airport option: P2P buses run between NAIA and the One Ayala hub, then a short Grab to the door.
Exact building entry and check-in steps are sent in your pre-arrival message before you land.
[Not For Light Sleepers] This is the single most important note. The home is on Burgos Street, the nightlife heart of Poblacion. Expect real noise every night — walking crowds, traffic, bars and clubs — and noticeably more on Friday and Saturday. The unit is not soundproofed, so the street comes through. If you need a quiet night's sleep, this is not the right stay, and we would rather tell you now than have it spoil your trip. For night owls and groups out late, it is perfect.
[Residential Building] This is a private residence, not a hotel. No staff live on site 24/7. If anything comes up we act as fast as we can in the app.
[Bed Configuration] The home sleeps 6: a king, a queen, and a single with a pull-out trundle in the third bedroom. Beds can be set up to suit your group — message us before arrival.
[Third Bathroom] The bathroom off the kitchen and laundry is cold-shower only (there is hot water at its sink). The master and livin
