„It was very clean, well maintained, and in a wonderful location in BGC! The owner was kind and answered me very quickly whenever I sent a message. The staff in the building were also very kind and knowledgeable about nearby locations. There was a mall right at the ground floor just outside the condo with nice upscale restaurants.“

„I booked 3BR from expedia, but ai was given different unit than described. Unit was dirty, cockroach all over the place. AC was leaking in the room, toilet was leaking. Complained to the host/property owner and manager about it but no action taken. The second day I complained they totally ignored my calls and messages. If I could I would give this place zero rating. It was a horrible experience.“

They gave us a different room from the one we booked, and there was no communication from the host whenever we needed assistance—from check-in to check-out. „Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not ...

„I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!“

„We had a good experience staying at Infinity Tower despite of a minor hiccup which the staff was able to provide assistance with. Great view and location is centralized to BGC which is a plus. Weather is something else. Maybe visit during cooler months than June.“
