Great service during a stay in Manila
We very much enjoyed New Coast Hotel in Manila. The location was very good and easy to reach from the airport. We especially appreciated the great service offered by so many staff members and esp. Cedrick and Arnold who helped to find a great dinner place on heavily booked Christmas eve - much appreciated. Recommended !!!

The hotel is nice but going through renovations and the pool and poolside cafe was closed. The restaurant was a bit overpriced but nice. The 2 block walk to Robinsons mall was an adventure with torn up sidewalks. Starbucks close by was good. I walked to my appointment at the the US embassy. Bathroom was spacious and nice.

Convenient location and very helpful and friendly staff. My room was very spacious and the breakfast selection was excellent. Just a shame that the room upgrade was not available. Expedia needs to look into this, as rarely have I been able to take advantage of this supposed 'perk'. Hotels should provide an alternative should a room upgrade not be available.

The place is clean and tidy. There is an ongoing refurbishment work ongoing. Swimming pool is closed for improvement. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. I didn't like the surrounding areas outside the hotel.
