I booked a week for my gf. Firstly, they charge for hot drinking water, and to borrow utensils. Also, she was stuck in the elevator for 30 mins. And whilst trying yo call the lobby, no pick up. She had to just wait. Not cool

If you are looking for a like new decor and a lot of amenities you probably will be disappointed. If you are looking for affordable and clean and want to experience the true Filipino working class non tourist trap crap you should love it. We enjoyed eating at the local street vendors immensely. Fresh coconut milk anyone??? Every one smiles and are very accommodating. We will surely return.

Visit the property before you book! But don't believing the pictures posted on the web. I paid for two nights at a reduced rate with a no cancelation/ no refund online deal. I left after the first night knowing that I wouldn't get my money back but wasn't going to stay another day.

Absolutely NO!!!!!!
Confirmed arrangements were completely ignored. Wi-Fi rarely works. TV not working and remained unfixable. No sit down restaurant services, only room service. Neighborhood was scary for a leisure walk. I have a confirmed email from northpoint residences for a room arrangement of 1 queen bed and one twin. We received 3 twin beds instead. Lots of cockroaches. Foul smell in the bathroom.

Need a looootttt of improvement
Coming in from the hotel, the staff were never friendly or accomodating. In the room, no cabinets were there to store your clothes, no mini ref to store food, no oven to heat your food, no utensils to eat your dinner like plates and spoon. No water heater to boil your water. A/c was badly placed for the family room. Also there are a lot of roaches roaming around the room. The place to go around to is very far. On a positive note, the stay was cheap comparedbl to other hotels

The room has cockroaches. And it’s seems normal for them. The staff did not even apologize when I told them that there’s cockroaches, they just gave us insect spray.

Great Location Near QC’s Premier Shopping Centers
The room assigned to me was on the 14th Floor that provided a good view of the Quezon City neighborhood. The staff members were eager to help. I took advantage of the location as I am able to have good 3-to-5 minute walk to Trinoma or SM North. However, I encountered difficulty during my check in. I thought that I could be immediately accommodated since I arrived at 2:30pm, but I was only able to get my room two hours later. Nonetheless, I look forward to returning there again on my next visit to Northpointe Residences.

BEWARE!
we booked for a week and payed the hotel based on the information given here, pictures and reviews. first experience upon check in was information that we will be transfered to a nearby place. which didn't happen then as we had lots of luggage. we got a room on the 15th floor. only two elevators for the whole building, makes it very slow for everyone. the room was dirty and bathroom even dirtier, the shower curtain had visible mildew and mold stains. the walls and doors were like paper, and everything around could be heard, partying and noise in the corridors etc. door locks didn't raise trust and there were lots of people coming and going in the building, with no check up whatsoever. the staff didn't wear clear uniforms. we asked for hot water and the price varied from 10php to 20php upon delivery to the room, which again is not very professional to try cheat for a little extra by the staff. There was a power outage on our third day, some of the fire alarms were on in the dark corridors, (some not functioning), we tried to use our room phone to call front desk, or outside number? it didn't work.. it was in the same powerline, as everything else. it should be an independent connection in case of an emergency. so in a case like this, we were on the 15th floor and started our way in the dark corridors going down, as many others.. the staff acted like nothing. we checked out that night (3/7) and are still waiting for the refund and answer for our complaint. THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD

You get what you paid for… the best thing I like about this hotel is it’s location. It’s very accessible going around Manila. The staffs Mr. Ed and girl Gina were the only ones very accommodating and very helpful and made my stay a little more pleasant. Now the bad, ants and cockroaches! The plumbing needs to be redone since you can smell the sewer gas in the room. You can only access wifi inside the room and only local channels available. The room is lacking amenities like a microwave, hair dryer and a fridge. The pool was closed and not accessible due to Covid season. I can’t complain too much since I got what I paid for… I guess :-/
