Hotel liegt in Chinatown, nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit eine schlimme Ecke, tagsüber auch nicht angenehm. Zimmer abgewohnt. Nur kaltes Wasser im Bad für mehrere Tage. Service klappt nicht (Vorbestellung Taxi zum Airport und anderes), Abrechnung der Laundry war „leider“ deutlich falsch (zugunsten des Hotels). Unbedingt meiden.

They are actually friendly
The only complain is for house keeping ....
They will arrange your bed and make your bed when you leave but they will not change your bed sheet , on the 3rd day i ask them to do it they change it all but just wondering why they dont , they dont change your drinking classes as well and the coffee mugs they dont change it every day
We spend almost 6 to 7 days there

Local narrow street, limited dining but Chinatown close and easy to get cheap transport to many attractions. Must see National Museum. Must see Shoe Museum of Marikina also Imelda Marcos shoes displayed, and great shoe factory nearby for inexpensive great designed shoes.

Although located in a pretty scruffy area of Manila, we were pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hotel and the room.
The breakfast selection was good and the amenities in the room were excellent - although our shower screen was missing (apparently broken).
I was swayed to book this hotel because it had free underground parking - a big plus in Manila. A tight fit but at least the car was secure.

Near Chinatown , so easy to walk around. However if you drive, the traffic are bad, The surrounding are interesting to look , but street are not orderly.

I stayed in Room 916, and the bed cover is only 2/3 of the whole bed! I am very sure the housekeeper knew this and just did not bother to use the proper bed sheet to cover the whole bed. I did not take photo hence I am not able to attach here. Please do not put your reputation at risk. Does not mean most of your hotel guests are Chinese Nationals, this kind of service is acceptable.

I enjoyed my 5 days stay at this hotel. Staff were welcoming and nice. Very clean rooms and was just walking distance of the from many eatery. From Chinese cuisine to Thai and several others.

차이나타운데 몇 않되는 깨긋하고 시설 좋은 호텔
차이나타운에서 고객사 미팅이 있을때마나다 예약하는 호텔입니다.
근처에 대부분의 호텔들은 오래되었는데 작년에 오픈에서 깨끗하고
접근성이 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 시설도 나름 괜찮습니다.

Staff not genuine Caters for the rich
This Hotel is beautiful but that's it !
The staff cater to Chinese guests and pretty much ignore any requests and customer service isn't great for Australians . The area isn't good Tyers no shopping or food outlets just an industrial area , we only stayed because we had a free night to redeem , felt out of place and was treated like royalty in Malate at a cheaper hotel .
Front desk staff make you feel like they are superior
Wrong people working here to give proper Customer Service .
We Recommend Hotel Kimberley over this place anytime and it's cheaper.
