Cozy 1 bedroom cottage walking distance to Lake Michigan & downtown!

This cozy and relaxing space is the back unit on a multi unit property. 1 bedroom 1 bath with private entrance and your own personal back yard deck access. This place is small but mighty (roughly 320 square ft + 180 sq ft of deck space)! Just a short 10 min stroll to 5th avenue beach & a 5 min walk to downtown Manistee! This setup is a bit unique to provide a great little space for your family! The 1 bedroom holds a full size bed. The living room has one fold out couch (full size) and a custom built in bunk bed (twin XL size mattresses). The living-room ottoman tranforms into a single rollaway cot perfect for a child or small adult. This unit could sleep 6 depending on your personal needs. With that being said I do not recommend this location if you want to sleep 6 adults. Example: The space fits 2 adult couples or a family (parents) with children more comfortably. The cottage comes with many boards games, 2 TVs with internet so that you can watch your own personal Netflix or Hulu account, a Wii gaming system, a fully furnished kitchen, and a visitors guide of all the fun things to do while visiting Manistee!
