Alles gut. Nettes Personal und geräumiges, großes Zimmer. Sauber wars auch! Nur das Frühstück war etwas mau: gab nur Toast mit Marmelade und ein Joghurt.

Kein Zimmertausch möglich
Da die Zimmer und vor allem suxh die Betten sehr klein sind, hatten wir nach einem größeren Zimmer gefragt. Zunächst schien das auch gegen Aufpreis möglich zu sein. Aber was nach dem Getuschel im Hintergrund hörbar war, sprach dagegen, dass wir mit einem höheren Preis gebucht hatten als jetzt. Die lapidare Antwort lautete daher: Nein, kein Zimmertausch möglich.

Das Hotel war sauber und die Bedienung war freundlich, Das Zimmer war ein schritt über das eines Motels in den USA. War aber schon etwas auf der teueren Seite.

We've stayed here several times. The location is great for us. The rooms are comfortable. The only criticism I would have is the lack of a closet, but the peg rack worked for us. The front-desk staff in particular is phenomenal. They're very friendly, they're good people. We'll be staying there again on our next trip to Manitowoc.

The room was really nice. I got the king size bed and it was very comfortable. The pillows were better than average. Also, the bathroom was a decent size, clean, with great water pressure in shower and the bath towels were plush. I liked the way breakfast was served. You get to choose ahead what you'd like and what time you'd like to have it ready and prepared.

The road to get to the inn is very rough with potholes and all around confusing. The beds are rock hard and the blankets and pillows are very plastic feeling. Staff was helpful.

We apologize for the confusion but you missed the entrance into the hotel's parking lot and came into the adjacent semi truck parking area, which our very wet spring has damaged. This lot should be resurfaced by early June. Again my apologies, Megan and we hope to see you again.

Nice motel, wood floor and clean. Minor cosmetic work needed in room paint, tub edges fading from cleaning. Nothing that affected my stay or was a problem. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most similar price hotels I have stayed in. Would definitely stay again.

Please let me assure you that we have designated pet rooms that include hard flooring but in your case there were mistakes made. Clean, well-run, if older motel. Only disappointed that the heater didn’t perform better the first night. I should also have asked for a thinner pillow. Theirs were too thick.

The room was ground floor and the sliding windows locks were cheap plastic and would not line up and so anyone could have easily entered my room from the outside. Also, the TV would not work - it showed a message telling me to click the "input" button, but there was no input button on the remote, not any buttons along the edges of the TV. I called to front desk and they did not know how to fix that, so they offered to move me to new room , which I declined as I was already in bed. Finally, the red message light on the phone blinked brightly non-stop all night. Not instructions in the room on how to "check messages", not that I was expecting any messages. Again a call to the front desk provided no help - "it just does that sometimes" was the answer. Ugh.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very clean but there was a slight smell from new paint. Free breakfast was easy and tasted very good. We didn't have to make anything. Snow removal was not very good on sidewalks and parking area. Still had snow from earlier in the week to slip and fall on. Still I would recommend the place to stay at again.

we enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Harbor Town Inn in and would recommend it to anyone needing a hotel in Manitowac.The check in/check out was quick and the desk personnel were very friendly The mattress was one of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. Our room and all areas of the hotel were super clean. The breakfast area was nicely decorated. One suggestion would be to have a microwave available in the breakfast area so food that cools off can be reheated. We will definitely stay at Harbor town again

Stay away from this place
They were very few guests staying in the hotel. I never saw another guest but at 2:30 am, a man outside my room was threatening his wife for two hours before I called the police. The front desk told me they were aware of it but the altercation only ended after I called and officers arrived.

Kelsey, please accept our sincere apology for the unusual and very unfortunate situation you experienced. Let me assure you what occurred is incredibly rare at our family run hotel. The building is secured each night and a retired local police officer manages the property. Safety and security is our number one priority.

Staff were friendly, we were one of four cars in the parking lot and the hotel was quiet, only saw one other person the whole time we were there. The room was updated and had everything we needed, although the bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast was order ahead, and was okay, most of our food came out cold but tasted pretty good. Check in and check out was super easy and I was surprised there wasn’t more people!

Hotel Must Try!!
We were hesitant at first to stay at Harbor Town in based in what we were reading early on. WOW! Were we wrong and shocked at how incredible this place was from start to finish. First off the check-in process was seamless and they accommodated for our 1 year old pup with doggy bags. The breakfast is order ahead and have a time circled to pick up the next more in cafeteria. Some of the BEST breakfast we've ever had, needless to say we will be back.

Every staff member was wonderful. Helpful, friendly and very nice. the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful. Small ding on no conditioner in the bathroom. I will be back.
