Hotel Mansfield

« Room was not very clean,carpet was dirty,nasty looking stuff all over the walls and ceiling. Inside of the frig was dirty,we didnt even want to put any food in it.towels and rags were stained.Would not stay here again unless I had no other options. »

« The hotel room was nice. They had a good selection of slots at the casino. The restaurants were just ok. »

« This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. »

« Absolutely horrible. Mold, bugs, smoke smell, live wires, stains, graffiti, holes in the wall. NOT AS DESCRIBED. we immediately walked out of there and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refunded because “the owner is a scammer.” Couldn’t even set our stuff down in there. »

« The man that worked in the evening was super nice. & helpful.. the AC in room 127 did NOT work, the housekeepers gave me towels 2 put in the floor 2 soak up the water that was pouring out of it, the bed was hard as a rock. We normally stay there every year on memorial weekend but we will be going down the road from now on.. definatly NOT worth the $$ »

« Place has some guts to rip off and screw there customers with a straight face. BBB and Health Dept will shut down this scam. They ask for. $100 deposit to pocket it basically. They claim u stained there very warn and poor quality bath and bed items. They admit it's budget friendly, pay for what you get. I agree. I expect the bed bugs, the outdated this and that. Hard as rock mattress, flat as a pancake pillow. What I don't expect is for them to charge you $77 for warm items that been used...

« The room was nice and clean, there was extra bedding provided in the cabinet for the pull-out couch, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options! We were thankful for the breakfast going til 10 and checkout being at 12. »
