« A very charming and cozy house. Clean and nicely decorated. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommmend it to family and friends. Check-in and Check-out was super easy. The location is perfect whether you need to travel within Provo, Orem, or the surrounding areas. And, our host Nathan was prompt to responding to any inquiries. « Incredible stay! The hot tub was nice and hot (and clean), they had plenty of extra blankets and towels, and although we didn't use the kitchen it had everything we could've needed.I didn't love the parking situation, as I had to drive UP a curb to get into the spot, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect getaway. »

« The house was clean and satisfactory. The host need to get back to people sooner when their is a problem. We had a problem with the door lock and they never responded for 5 hours. We just figured it out ourselves. The towels were still wet in the cupboard so we reset them ourselves. My bed was great it was brand new. They might want to consider putting mattresses covers on them to keep them clean for others. As someone who runs a hotel people can have accidents and that is a big safety net. »

« This townhouse definitely delivered a lot of space and beds for the price. It was generally okay condition, but not really pristine, though. The sheets were clean, but the comforters looked questionable. There were evidence of spiders that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while (window tracks were gross). "Isolation ( bruit) horrible, j'avais l'impression que les fenĂȘtres etaient ouvertes tellement le bruit de l'autoroute etait fort, j'entendais aussi les voisins de chambre parler. Le personnel a l'acceuil n'est pas tres aidant, sec, reponses tres limitĂ©es, aucun effort, aucun sourire, ne cherche pas a aider. on dirait que je faisait affaire a des robots. j'etais etonnee de ne pas avoir de service de chambre avant jour 3, j'ai du faire mon lit seule."
