« We stayed at this hotel for two (2) nights had a battery of issues from very poor customer service from restaurant staff member, "Melissa" who was very rude and impolite. On our second night we had change rooms due to another booking. We were offered a room with a smelly odor and another with an electricial issue. The reception clerk made her best efforts to find us a functional room. Eventually a third room was located but it too, had a leak in the bathroom under the face sink with an odor....

« Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. »
