The property wasn't well cleaned on arrival / the bedding wasn't the most comfortable and the management company only responded to queries about specific check in requirements on the day of arrival. The information provided was useful and it would have been more beneficial to have had it further in advance. The apartment itself was lovely and in the old town, very close to points of interest.

Beautiful building and spotless apartment. Basic every day items provided so you will need to pick up some staples if not a longer stay. Easy to access and lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The roof top terrace is a great night time retreat. Host was thorough and detailed with instructions and responded to questions. There are limited hours 9 to 9 but quick to reply. It made me want to see how much it would be to buy the apartment as it was perfect.

Beautifully decorated. We had a private veranda, which was incredible. Literally steps away from many plaza cafes and a short and lovely 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved it and will definitely be back.

am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. Before we had even unpacked, we noticed that it was covered in ants, which is completely unacceptable. There was also a slug on one of the towels, making it clear that the room had not been cleaned or checked properly before our arrival. On top of that, the shower was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned to an acceptable standard. This is not the level of cleanliness or hygiene we expected, and it has completely spoiled the start of our stay.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was within easy walking to the beach and the centre of Marbella. The sun terrace was an added bonus and it’s location in the heart of the old town is spectacular. Apartment had everything you need for a stay and the owner was very obliging and let us stay longer on day of departure as we had a late flight. Highly recommended!

The place is renovated and in good condition but the bathroon has mold. Personel was nice but the place has a lot of restrictions even for usage of towels and garbage disposal, for which you can be charged for. While i do understand people need to keep things in good condition, we felt as if we were not welcomed.

The location of this property is excellent, right in the middle of the old town. The apartment is nice and comfortable, spacious rooms, comfy beds. Areas of improvement: cleanliness, because while it wasn't filthy, it wasn't clean either, you could feel and see dust and crumbs on many places. But all in all, I would recommend this place if the owner is willing to clean it a bit better.

Gut: Sauberkeit
Nice apartment with a lovely big roof terrace in a great location convenient for many bars, restaurants and shops. However, for a self catering apartment we were disappointed with the lack of cookware in the kitchen. There were no dishes suitable to use in the oven and there was no microwave as listed in the description. A further recommendation would be to add a parasol to the terrace as it gets very hot and therefore sitting outside is challenging during the day. That said we enjoyed our stay in Marbella.

The property was clean and well located. Blankets and new kettle arrived promptly and bathroom stopper was fixed same day. Downstairs room was noisy because of people coming and going through front door during the night. A problem that probably can’t be rectified. However darkening curtains should be provided.

Ja, bilderna stämmer faktiskt för en gångs skull. Det är så det ser ut! Mitt i gamla stan i Marbella. Magiskt helt enkelt!

Not the best

The property was in a good location with friendly greeting staff, however it was not well equipped or comfortable. For a 4 night stay, there was 1 only dishwashing tablet, there was perhaps an ounce of liquid dish soap. The beds were not comfortable at all and the kitchen table chairs being metal only were terrible. The lift barely worked, however we did use the stairs exclusively. I was concerned about being stuck in the lift. I didn’t appreciate the threatening notices abut being charged for stained linens etc…. All in all for the price, I’m sure there are better options available.

This is by far the worst communication i have ever dealt with! We had an issue with the booking where the dates had changed within the search and the booking became faulty with a month since it changed due to the new year. I reached out to the renters but they didnt even bothered to response. To rub it in they messaged a few days prior to "our arrival" (a month after our vacation...) to ask when we were arriving. Even if technically wasnt their fault when booking they simply refused to help us change the dates since we really wanted to stay there. That is not what i call service and will therefore only give bad review for the communication. Easy money for "dreams of marbella".....
