I am writing to express my deep disappointment with several issues we encountered during our stay, which were not disclosed prior to booking and greatly affected our experience.1.Air Conditioning: The apartment was extremely hot upon arrival. The A/C was off, and despite multiple calls and messages, no help was provided. We were told the A/C shuts off every 120 minutes for âsafety,â forcing us to wake up throughout the night to restart it.2.No Elevator Disclosure: Nowhere in the listing did it state the apartment was up several flights of stairs with no elevator. We were traveling with elderly guests and heavy luggage, and this created significant difficulty and risk.3.Parking Misrepresentation: The listing claimed parking was included, yet we were forced to pay 40 to use a public garage.4.Safety Hazards: Interior staircases were loose and dangerous. The downstairs bed had pubic hair, and power outages occurred multiple times due to the breaker tripping despite minimal appliance use.Additional issues included a hole in the upstairs wall, a broken bathroom knob, chipped bathtub, and a strong smell of smoke in a room despite no-smoking rules. We reported these, but received no assistance.We request a full refund for the inconvenience, lack of communication, and unsafe, misrepresented conditions. We trusted the listing and feel misled.Still, the manager Carmen Alcobas has not reached out even after attempting to text and call and leave multiple messages.
