The living area includes a comfortable sofa with chaise longue that converts into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace. From here, you can enjoy pleasant partial sea views and an east-facing orientation, perfect for morning sunshine.

The bedroom is interior and features a double bed. At the entrance, there is a built-in wardrobe offering practical storage space.

The open-plan kitchen comes with a cooking hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and a breakfast bar with two stools, ideal for casual dining.

The bathroom has been renovated and includes a modern walk-in shower.

The Skol complex offers direct access to the beachfront promenade and the beach, as well as communal gardens and swimming pools, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing seaside holiday.
