There’s room for up to 12 guests, with four king bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two upstairs trundle beds with four twin-size beds. Two king suites are conveniently located downstairs.



Bring your boat and make use of the wet slip, explore the lake in two kayaks, or challenge your group to foosball and ping pong. With two living areas, there’s plenty of space to come together or unwind.



Optional pool heating is $450 for up to three days, plus $150 for each additional day.



The Space:

Your Lake LBJ getaway starts at the water’s edge. Have a boat or jet skis waiting at the dock when you arrive, spend the afternoon in the private infinity pool, then gather for dinner on the patio as the sun goes down.



Sleep up to 12 guests with four king bedrooms, four twin beds in the upstairs living area, five full bathrooms and two living areas. With king suites on both floors, there’s plenty of room for families and friends to spend time together and settle in comfortably.



PRIVATE INFINITY POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING



Start the morning with coffee overlooking Lake LBJ, cool off in the infinity pool or stretch out on the tanning ledge. The six-person spillover hot tub is close by when you’re ready to relax.



There’s space to lounge by the pool, gather under the covered patio and fire up the propane grill for dinner. Head to the upstairs terrace for another place to sit back and enjoy the lake view.



Optional pool heating is $450 for up to three days, plus $150 for each additional day. Please arrange pool heating before arrival.



BOATING, JET SKIS, KAYAKING & FISHING



Your lake day can start the moment you arrive. Reserve a boat or jet skis at least one week before your stay, and the rental provider can have them waiting at the property’s dock for your arrival.



For a slower afternoon, take one of the two provided single-seat kayaks for a paddle or grab a provided fishing pole and spend some time fishing by the water.



Bringing your own watercraft? The home has a guest-use boat wet slip measuring approximately 25 feet long by 9.7 feet wide, plus two jet-ski parking slips. Please confirm your watercraft dimensions before booking. Boat-trailer parking is not available at the property.



TWO LIVING AREAS



The main living room faces the lake and has a 75-inch smart TV and propane fireplace. Gather here to catch a game, watch a movie or unwind after a day on the water.



Upstairs, the second living area opens to the lake-view terrace and features an 85-inch smart TV, four power recliners and foosball. There’s also a ping pong table in the garage for a little friendly competition.



KITCHEN & DINING



Make a big breakfast before heading out on the lake or bring everyone together for dinner. The kitchen has a six-burner gas cooktop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and dedicated ice maker. Both a drip coffee maker and Keurig are available for your morning cup.



The dining table seats six, with six more seats at the adjoining kitchen bar.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS | SLEEPS 12



Downstairs primary suite: King bed, lake view and private bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Sleeps 2.



Downstairs guest suite: King bed, beverage refrigerator and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleeps 2.



Upstairs king bedroom: King bed and lake view, with access to a full bathroom shared with the upstairs living area. Sleeps 2.



Upstairs king suite: King bed, lake view and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleeps 2.



Upstairs living area: Two trundle beds with four twin-size beds, a lake view and access to a shared full bathroom. Sleeps 4.



EXTRAS FOR AN EASY STAY



Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a high chair and a Pack ’n Play are available to make family trips and longer stays more comfortable.



Guest Access:

Enjoy private use of the home, pool, hot tub, patios and designated guest boat slip. Entry is by smart lock. The driveway accommodates up to five cars. The home has two stories, with two king bedrooms on the first floor.



Other Things to Note:

• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. The fifth full bathroom is downstairs and convenient to the living and outdoor areas.



• Pool heating is optional: $450 for up to 3 days, plus $150 per additional day. Arrange it before your stay; the pool should not be assumed heated unless this service is confirmed.



• No pets. No smoking indoors. Parties or events require advance approval.



• The primary booking guest must be at least 25. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.



• Completion of the Check-In Form and Rental Agreement, via our boarding pass verification, is required before check-in.



• Check-in is after 4 p.m. and checkout is before 10 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout may be available by arrangement.



• The driveway accommodates up to five cars. Boat-trailer parking is not available at the property however the boat launch just around the corner offers trailer parking.



• The property has direct waterfront exposure and a pool/hot tub without a safety gate or lock. Children need close adult supervision. Exterior security cameras are present.
