We also have a rental condo so I know how hard it can be to choose and would rent this again. We all had a great time and the rental company was very patient with us as our plans kept changing due to complications with getting to Marco.

This property was immaculate! It was very clean, newly updated, and well maintained. The property came with everything you could need on this vacation, from the kitchen to the beach cart. It had great views of the beach and the pool. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to come to Marco Island.

Recommend not to take a lot of heavy beach stuffs like coolers or chairs to walk to the beach during the hot summer, even with a beach wagon. Other than that, I would recommend this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well appointed condo in a decent building. A lot of thought had gone into the design and into the amenities and inventory of the unit. It was very impressive.Never quite managed to master the cable, but not there to watch TV anyway. The only other issue was the AC would stop randomly, however the management office gave us instructions on how to reset it which did the trick.I think the pool area would be very crowded in peak but in late August was just fine. Everyone friendly, excellent management company very organised, just texted a bit too often!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in this condo which was fully furnished and well stocked with everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that the wifi connection could have been a bit better since it was spotty at times but we made do. We were 3 adults, a 8 month old baby and a 26 month old toddler. Getting to and back from the beach proved quite a challenge because I either had to carry my infant or push his stroller through a long stretch of sand. Just something to keep in mind if you travel with little ones. Also, if you're not bothered by mosquitos bites anywhere in the vicinity of the condo, even the elevators, you'd be okay. It proved too much for us since I'm allergic and my kids ended up with bites in their entire bodies. We couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we could have if it wasn't because of the mosquitos. Maybe it was the time of the year (July) and that it was the rainy season.

We were pleased how clean it was and loved the view of the pool and Tigertail Beach. We enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning. The owners thought through all our needs and more. The kitchen was well equipped and had an abundance of extra supplies. Beach towels, pickle ball rackets, puzzles and more were provided. The owners and management company provided excellent customer service. We would recommend this rental property to friends and family and would love to stay here again.

After arriving my wife decided to take a shower and to her surprise no water in the unit at all.Had to call maintenance. The next problem was a cabinet door loosened up and was partially hanging. Had to call maintenance for that. “Not happy” . That being said over the years my wife and I have stayed in many different units in SS and this one turned out to be one of the best even with the maintenance problems.

The place was clean and offered plenty of space. Nice views, easy access to Tigertail Beach. We were there during off season so there were fewer people at the pool, allowing us space to enjoy. Pickle ball and tennis courts were also easy to get to and open for use the whole time during the designated hours. It was mostly quiet in the evenings which makes it even more relaxing. Lastly, the management company and owner were responsive and helpful when I somehow had two reservations instead of one online?!?
