Good communication by the host. Easy check-in. Great view of the bay. Good location in terms of being directly on the Bay and close to several restaurants in old marco. The only drawback of location is you need to drive to the beach and there’s limited beach parking. We ended up having to park at a private lot which cost more than the public lots. The unit itself has been fully updated and is in good condition. It’s a plus that there’s a washer dryer in the unit. However, the dryer takes a long time to dry towels and doesn’t dry them fully. There was one beach chair, could use a second one. Overall, a very nice stay.

This condo was situated perfectly! The view was outstanding, we spent time on the balcony watching the pool, the bay, and the marina. We saw dolphins! We liked the comfy rocking chairs and outdoor couch (better than had it been table with chairs). It is on second floor with a close elevator and stairs were not far away either. The property is maintained beautifully. We had so many things within easy walking distance too. Our favorites included the Dolphin Tiki and Snook Inn but there were so many others as well. Walking felt very safe. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the temperature. It was nice that you could fish off the dock but you do have to go to the a tax collector behind the Publix to get a temporary license to fish. The Pelican Marina was so convenient for ice, drinks (it has a cute little bar) and bait. The staff was super nice as was the staff at the condo. We cooked breakfast at the condo and enjoyed brewed coffee although there was also a pod machine if that’s your thing. The furniture was very comfortable and the TV was good as well. Oh, and the shower was heavenly too. Loved our time spent here.

Dishwasher didn’t work from the time we arrived made the place smell like fish . Had to have the handyman out 2 times and he did our dishes for us at one point which I thought was thoughtful but gross so had to hand wash everything on top of hand washing our dishes for the week .The place had potential . Also not the cleanest . No Reduction in the rental offered at all which would have stopped me from posting a bad review altogether. We viewed a rental 2 floors up whia

Does Not Disappoint

The condo is beautiful, clean and has everything needed for a wonderful holiday. The lanai is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and daily boat traffic. The pool is a great place to sunbath and relax. There is much to do and see while in Marco. Owners recommendations were spot on. We are already planning our next getaway.

marco island getaway

This property was above and beyond our expectations. they provided us with everything that we needed. clean and very comfortable bed. the luxury leather sofa bed is very comfy. my kids enjoy the pools, fishing at the dock is easy since the bait shop is at the front of the apt. we rent a boat which is next door only. so everything is so easy peasy.. i can see both my kids swimming from the kitchen/porch. overall im very very satisfied.. i will be back for sure.

Family Getaway

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! Everything was extremely clean & the location was wonderful! We loved the proximity to the pool & the property is beautiful! The condo was stocked extremely well with plenty of beach accessories, towels, kitchen necessities, etc! We ended up extending our stay another night because we loved it so much! We cannot wait to go back and will not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing view

What a surprise this property was! The view from the back of the unit is so beautiful! We were able to sit outside and eat dinner with the screened in porch. The pool was always clean and there are some cute little restaurants within walking distance. Be aware that you need the fab to get in and out of the gate if you go for a walk and that the rental office is only open from 9-5 in the event you need them for anything. The beaches are private, so if you want to go to the beach there is only a small area to do so.

Property was as pictured. Immaculate and comfortable. Hosts provided everything needed and more. Easy access to pool/hot tub and gorgeous views of the water. We did see dolphins! Property manager was extremely responsive.

50th Birthday Get Away

Beautifully appointed unit with great views! Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai each day and watching the boat activity! Dolphins made an appearance in late afternoon and evening! Loved the quiet location and enjoyed swimming in the pool! Very relaxing and restful unit with great views! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We loved this property. The location was great. Close to many restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. I loved all the added 'touches' like the jewelry holder in the bedroom, the WI-FI password and area recommendations board hanging up, the beach cart, beach chairs, fishing poles and tackle. All the beach towels and extra towels in the room along with a lot of hangers for your clothes. I love how their were many extra pillows as well! The actual location of the room was awesome! We would sit out on the lanai and have a perfect view of the water. One day I even saw a couple dolphins swim by. I loved to walk out on the dock as well to get an even closer view of the water. Everything about the stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if we visited Marco Island!
