Plumeria Point is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with more than 1,500 sq. ft. of bright, open living space and everything you need for a comfortable island getaway.

THE HOME

Plumeria Point has been thoughtfully renovated with new furnishings, high-end finishes, and comfortable spaces where everyone can spend time together.

The open-concept living area features plenty of seating and a large-screen TV, making it perfect for movie nights, sporting events, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Just off the living room is a cozy game and sitting area stocked with family-friendly games and puzzles—including Marco-poly and a Marco Island-themed puzzle map—for some fun away from the screens.

BEDROOMS

Primary Suite
Relax in the king-size bed and enjoy a private retreat with an en-suite bathroom, spacious walk-in closet, and built-in workspace for anyone who needs to check in with the office during vacation.

Second Bedroom
Comfortable queen-size bed with generous closet space.

Third Bedroom
Perfect for kids or groups, with two sets of bunk beds.

The two guest bedrooms are located together and can be separated from the main living area by an additional door, creating a quieter sleeping space for children or guests.

BATHROOMS

The home has two full bathrooms.

The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom features a shower/tub combination and double sinks—especially convenient for families getting ready for a day on the island.

While children are very welcome, please note that the home is not baby-proofed. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are provided for your convenience.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, newer appliances, bar seating, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six, with additional table leaves available when you need more room.

PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

One of our favorite parts of Plumeria Point is the screened outdoor living area.

Spend the afternoon relaxing in the private heated pool, stretch out on the loungers, or enjoy your favorite game or show on the large outdoor TV.

In the evening, fire up the Weber grill, enjoy dinner at the outdoor table with seating for eight, or relax with a glass of wine around the fire pit.

Pool floats, loungers, shaded seating, and ceiling fans help make the lanai a place your family can enjoy throughout the day.

We want your Marco Island vacation to be easy, so there’s no need to pack or rent a carload of beach equipment.

PRIME MARCO ISLAND LOCATION

Plumeria Point is centrally located on Marco Island, approximately a 5-minute drive from the beach and only minutes from many of the island’s restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions.

Publix is approximately 2 minutes away, making grocery runs quick and easy.

Marco Island also offers a free island transportation service, giving you another convenient way to explore during your stay.

Good to Know Before Booking

**Pets**
Up to 2 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted with prior approval. Pet fee is $150 per dog.

**Rental Agreement & Security Hold**
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, provide a valid ID, and place a credit card on file. A $1,000 security deposit hold will be placed on the card approximately 2 days before arrival. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released approximately 2 days after departure if there is no property damage or ordinance violation.

**Cancellation & Travel Insurance**
Cancellations made within the applicable refundable period will receive a refund less any non-refundable processing fees. Outside of that period, refunds are not provided for illness, flight disruptions, weather, or other travel interruptions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for stays during hurricane season.

**Parking**
Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the garage and 2 vehicles in the driveway. Boats and trailers may not be parked in the driveway under Marco Island regulations. Small RVs may be permitted with the appropriate City/Police permit and must not block the sidewalk.

**Exterior Camera**
There is one exterior Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

**Noise Ordinance**
Guests must comply with Marco Island’s vacation-rental noise ordinance, including quiet-hour requirements. Excessive noise or ordinance violations may result in fines that are the guest’s responsibility.

**Pool Heat**
The pool is typically heated to at least 86°F. The heater operates only while the pool equipment is running, so temperatures may drop overnight and recover during the day. Heat pumps may also shut down during unusually cold weather to protect the equipment.

**Bicycles**
Complimentary bicycles are provided for guest use. Bikes are not professionally inspected between every stay, and guests are responsible for determining that a bicycle is safe and suitable before use. Use is at your own risk.
