We traveled with 3 generations of family, including an infant and 3 toddlers. There were 15 of us. They had a pack n play, high chair and other children accouterments. The house accommodated multiple families and needs of all. There were multiple bedrooms, with adjoining bathrooms and plenty of privacy. We particularly enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by multiple times of day, and enjoying the sunshine on the dock. We didn’t have much luck fishing, only caught a few catfish, but that could be the fisherman. The kitchen had everything you need to cook in every night. Steven was very responsive to every communication.

Beautiful and comfortable place for our family of 14 to spend the week, from young grandkids to elders including some mobility challenges. Steve was very responsive when a minor issue arose. Between daily kayaking, dolphin sightings and fishing, magical sunsets from the dock and hot tub, cooking up feasts for our crowd in the well equipped kitchen, and puzzles and games into the evening, we left with many fond memories. May it bring the same to the next guests!

Marco Island Beauty

From the first day to the last, this property didn't disappoint. It had it all.....it housed our family of 15 people of all ages wonderfully. The location was ideal and the pool and dock area provided us with hours of fun. We caught fish (even a baby hammerhead) off the dock! We spotted dolphin many times from the deck area. It was our best trip to Marco Island yet!

The pool and views are stunning. Our group caught lots of catfish from the dock! We enjoyed the space and beautiful kitchen. It was a great place for our family to gather. Well stocked, clean and manager was always responsive inLess than an hour! We would love to return!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had an absolutely fabulous family vacation at this property!! There was plenty of room for our kids, and the grandkids to have their own space as needed.The entire property was spotless, beautiful, and well stocked. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with a beautiful kitchen indoor and outdoor. The pool was HUGE, the hot tub was great, and the overall area couldn't have been nicer! Fishing off the docks was such a bonus for all of us, everyone enjoyed time out there. Our host, Steve, made sure any questions we had during our stay were answered within a very short time.Check in and check out was very easy and simple!I would recommend this property for a very relaxing and great place to stay for any age group!!

Marco Island Gem

This house was absolutely wonderful, more than we imagined. The house was very clean and descriptions on the listing are accurate. Host, Steve, was very easy to communicate with and helpful when needed. When staying at this home, wait until you arrive to prepare your grocery list. The house is stocked with plenty of the essentials and you will likely not need to buy them. Although it was too cool for the heated pool, my family spent plenty of time in the hot tub, enjoying meals on the lanai and fishing off the dock. Most days we could see dolphin frolicking in the water. One actually came up to the dock and flipped on his back like he was waving at us. We would definitely stay at this home again.

House is Amazing

This house is amazing. It is stunning inside and has every amenity you need for a week long stay. There were a total of 16 of us, ages 10-77. The house is spacious that you never felt on top of each other. The pool is large enough that kids could splash and play on one side and adults could be on the other side. Plenty of towels, plates, utensils, etc. For such a large group we never ran out of anything.We were able to watch dolphins every morning on the dock. The kids fished off the dock every day and always caught something. The view from morning to night is always beautiful. And we were never more than 5-10 minutes from restaurants, beaches, and stores.The host was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Definitely one of my favorite rentals yet!

House was AWESOME!!!

This house was everything as advertised and more! The views over the bay were beautiful! The house is huge! We had 4 families stay together and we never felt like we were on top of each other because there is so much room. We had one family with an infant, so they got the master suite, and never once did they have issues with the baby sleeping bc it get like they were in a whole different house…it’s that big! The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you’d need. There was also plenty of pillows, bedding, towels, etc. And the pool was also huge! It was big enough for some kids to be playing basketball, while some played volleyball, and others enjoyed the spa. The dock was also nice for the older kids to lay out, if they wanted to escape the busy pool area. Another hit was when the young kids caught some fish right off the dock with the poles provided (and we were just using our leftovers as bait!!!) To be honest, other than a couple beach days, we barely left the house, because there was so much for us to do! I personally loved doing all the grilling in the outdoor kitchen, while watching the beautiful sunsets over the bay! The tv is huge too and we all got to enjoy watching the HAWKS beat LSU!! This house was great and suited all of our needs!
