The picture doesn't do this location justice. Great weekend getaway with daughter and family. Great location; quiet and unassuming. The house is beautiful; the pool and patio area was great. Will stay there again...in fact, keep me in mind when you decide to put up for sale...I'll take it off your hands!

Our family had an amazing vacation and this home was all we had hoped it would be. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and well-stocked. The pool, slide, swim-up bar and bbq area were really outstanding. The host was accommodating to some of our special needs and was very easy to work with. We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Property

Stayed here for our sons golf tournament at Ak Chin. Close to the 2 golf courses in town and close to grocery and chain restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. Only bad thing - it was too chilly to have fun in the amazing backyard.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, pool area was the best we’ve ever experienced at a VRBO! It was a little further from hiking than we would’ve liked but it just meant that we were able to spend more time enjoying the pool area! Communication was great with the owners! Would highly recommend!

Our group had a great time. The pool was so nice and the house was spacious, with two living spaces. The patio seemed to be a fave place to hang out. We really enjoyed using the kitchen-so equipped with anything a person would need, small appliances, utensils, plates, serving bowls and platters, spices, and more-even a keurig.It’s in a great location, with sidewalks for walking around the neighborhood parks. The owners are so nice and accommodating.We had such a great family gathering there.

Beautiful home- nice pool- quiet neighborhood

We stayed at this beautiful home for 6 nights. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is awesome. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to swim because we visited in January. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is conveniently located with stores and restaurants just a few miles away. Would visit again.

Even though the pool was not warm enough to swim in because of the winter weather, the backyard paradise was very inviting and met our expectations.

Spring Break

The house was beautiful! We loved the backyard. We were 4 adults visiting our son who lives in Maricopa. The kitchen was well stocked to provide a wonderful Easter feast as well as several bbqs by the pool. There were beach towels and pool rafts available. I wouldn’t expect all paper products to be provided, but we had to buy garbage bags, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. The refrigerator was completely empty-this is fine but many places have some condiments-there was a nice selection of spices, though! Overall-loved this place!!!!

Left early due to listing inaccuracy

I actually messaged the owners to ask if the pool was heated so my handicapped daughter could swim while we were there in February. They said it was so I went ahead with the listing . When we arrived we found the pool was only heated to between 60 and 70 degrees . She tried to swim one day when the temperature was in the 70’s but froze. The heated pool was the main reason we rented this place and when I talked to Evolve the property managers they agreed the listing was inaccurate and let us out of our contract so we left 7 days early.

Not as advertised

Great location, clean house. Upon final payment being sent there was ALOT more rules and limitations. The ad said a heated pool but was only heated to 60 degrees (so no using it at all) even with warm weather and we were told to not turn it up as it would do damage. Had family in the area but were told in the limitations that we were not able to have people over. We had a quiet time imposed on us but the neighbors were partying and had loud music until past midnight. Strict instructions on cleaning the bbq but on our attempt to use it, it was quite dirty so we did not even use it. Advertised as no pets but is clearly a pet house, might not work for someone with allergies

Great Home - Pool is a Must

My sister, daughter and I were visiting the AZ area while looking at colleges. The house was great. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic layout. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. We spent a lot of time soaking and reading in the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, including spices, oils, coffee and all the necessary paper products. The same goes for towels—both pool and home towels—laundry detergent for the washer, and shampoo and conditioner in the showers. The AC worked great in the home, and there was plenty of hot water in the showers. Communication with the owners was great! We initially overlooked the rules notebook on the corner desk and didn’t realize the Roomba-like pool cleaner with a hose needed to stay in the pool at all times. The owner texted and called us, and we quickly returned it to the pool. Since we were just lounging (using the many amazing pool floaties), it was fine, but I suspect it might be more challenging if you have younger kids with it floating around. All worked out for us, and we appreciated the communication from the owners. We loved the home, the pool, and all the small things it came with. We will definitely book our stay here again.

Exactly as advertised and then so much more

The house is exactly as the pics describe. It is warm inviting clean and the pics do a good job of showing what is here. But they don't show all the little details that are here from beach towels to shampoo conditioner body wash toilet paper even dishsoap and cooking oil. It's all here! Not sure what the other reviews were about because everything we needed was here. Bring snacks beverages and your ready to go. The homeowner is lovely and concerned about her house so no parties or crowds please otherwise this jewel will leave the rental list and the rest of us will lose out on this incredible opportunity! It's stunning and our only wish seriously is that we could have stayed longer!! Thanks so much for having us and allowing us to rent! We will be back again!

This house was perfect for 4 adults as we visited family who live in Maricopa. We hosted a couple of dinners and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. We did have to buy more garbage bags-or at least we couldn’t find any extras. The yard and pool were awesome! I think we were expecting the heated pool to be a bit warmer but as the days heated up, the pool was fine. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
