„Service at front desk was very friendly. I would like to point out that the lady at the reception during check-out deserves a shout out. System was slow and she just gifted us the $5 bottled water I wanted to purchase to not make us wait that long. Breakfast is ok, but not great. Coffee was very thin and streched. Tasted like water. Selection of food very limited.“

„I had an issue with my original reservation and was moved to a sister property. The new GM, Tracey, was the one that made my stay worth it. He went out of his way to accommodate me for the issue at the original location. His staff was friendly, and checked in on my needs while I stayed there. I give Tracey and his staff an A+ for going out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help me when I needed it.
