„The view from this property strikes you the minute you walk in the front door. All you can see is your pool, the beach and then St. Barth off in the distance. The property is very well maintained and easy to find. It is well located between the French and Dutch sides of the island. The restaurant Big Fish is a 30 second walk from the front door and was delicious. Overall a great place to stay in St. Maarten.“

The welcome guide you receive has a lot of useful information that we used to plan our trip. Upon arrival we were met at the rental car counter by Roger who escorted us to the house. „First time at this property - it did not disappoint. This was our first time back in St Martin since the 2017 hurricane. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay. The villa was clean, well appointed (everything you need if you’re cooking). The property manager (Maryse) met us on arrival to provide keys, briefing etc. she was always available to answer any questions :) I would recommend this villa“

There are 4 bedrooms, each with it's on en suite bathroom and another bathroom just off the kitchen. The view is stunning! „Absolutely wonderful place to stay and relax in St. Maarten. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and perfect views of the ocean, a few steps away from the beach, and all the comforts and accommodations you need. „All in all a very nice place on the island. View from condo was magnificent with nice beach area lots to do in the area including casinos, restaurants and beautiful Mullet Bay Beach. I suggest seeing different beaches. One of our favorites being Fryers Bay Beach just a short distance away. Private pool on the patio was a great added touch for a late night/early morning swim. The entire villa is well thought out, and was the perfect size for my wife and three adult daughters, each having their own br and bathroom. „This Villa provides everything we were looking for; amazing views, refreshing pool, private surroundings, comfortable beds, and close by grocery store (and restaurants). Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again.“

All the utensils for cooking were there however we chose to enjoy the many incredible restaurants and beach bars. Anna was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed. „As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. We will definitely be back to hopefully stay in one of Moune’s managed properties.“
