« Zara Suites is very close to the Port of Civitavecchia (cruise terminals). Therefore, this apartment was perfect for us. A 10 per person local taxi will get you from the apartment to the cruise ship dockside. Online photos of apartment & description of amenities are accurate. The master bedroom balcony was perfect for dining or reading a book. The apartment was clean & had sufficient space to accommodate 4 adults and 9 bags of luggage. « Was somewhat difficult to find. Room was ok but definitely not soundproof as we could hear the neighbors TV untill around 1amas well as other outside noises. Shower was small and took a long time to drain. Room smelled musky and ac in kept making noises all night Bit for a one night stay before a cruise if nothing else was available it's ok. »

« Property is in great condition. Very clean and hosts are very friendly. Check in is directly with the host and you need to prearrange to get the key. Location is close to the beach and port. A lot of really nice restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk. This is better for 2 people because the pull out couch is not really comfortable at all. « While we we highly impressed with the property itself, we we highly disappointed with the communication of the property manager. Upon arrival in Rome at the airport we still hadn't received any communication on checkin. This concerned us to the point of getting a room there and staying instead of going on to the accommodation. We did go over the second day after having to repeatedly try to contact someone for checkin information. Once arriving the property is top notch, could easyily say it...
