Hôtel près de Marina Mall, Accra, Accra

« Very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast meal is just ok but much better during the weekend when it switches to a buffet. Location is good with some decent restaurants and coffee shops if you are willing to walk the area as I did. Sleeping can be a hastle sometimes. Not only will you hear the planes at the airport, some of the neighbors have roosters. »

« Excellent place, clean and I will always book there when am in Ghana »

« Excellent customer service and great price for the property, amenities and location... very close to the airport. Definitely staying there again on my next trip to Ghana! »

« I enjoyed my stay at your hotel last week; the price was quite reasonable. However, my recent visit was unfortunately a very disappointing experience, especially considering my usual standards for a three-star hotel. There was no water for showering in my initial room, and even after a room change, the shower water stopped while I was showering with soap. I rarely leave reviews, but this was unacceptable, particularly as I had a crucial meeting that morning. I fear I may no longer be a...

« At the check out, receipt was not available. Staff said me that they would send it soon but I don't receive it. On the stairs, furnitures are left. Shampoo and conditionner dispensor doesn't work well. »

« The location is beautiful extremely close to the airport. However, it's a little misleading because they say that you have one airport pickup. Once you pay for the reservation in advance. But it's not redeemable, you can call and call and ask and they don't know what you're talking about. So that's misleading, there's no pickup available. »

« thanks for everything »

« Got room left to improve their services!!! »

« Got woken up at 3am in the middle of the night with sounds of severe banging which was frightening. Couldnt sleep. The hotel needs severe renovation and is outdated. Breakfast was awful »

« The environment »

« Its my second time staying here just that i thought i paid for breakfast but the owner say it was not part the first time i stayed breakfast was apat but because they had to bring the breakfast from somewhere else i end up having to leave because my flight »
