Overall, a Decent Stay, but With Some Drawbacks
We stayed for just one night, so our experience was limited. Initially, we were assigned a suite that had a couple of issues—there was no hot water from the sink in the washroom, and the bathtub drainage was clogged, causing water to pool. After informing the front desk, the staff was responsive and allowed us to switch to another room, which we appreciated.
However, the entire property had an odd odor, and while air fresheners were used to mask it, the smell was still noticeable. The continental breakfast, which was included, was disappointing as most items were nearly out of stock when we arrived, and we had to make do with what was left.
Overall, the stay was okay for one night, thanks mainly to the helpful staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in maintenance and food service.
