Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Personal (Ibrahim) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Eine super Unterkunft! Wir wurden 2 Tage vor Anreise von der Unterkunft kontaktiert um die Abholung vom Flughafen zu organisieren. Wir wurden nachts persönlich empfangen und am nächsten morgen haben wir gute Tipps zu Marrakesch bekommen. Ibrahim ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft einem bei jeglichen Belangen, wodurch wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Riad sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ein rundum tolles Erlebnis! Alle im Riad Azrur waren mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Gespräche mit den Mitarbeitern und eine unglaublich Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Hamam Experience kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Wirklich ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir kontaktiert und bei unserer Anreise unterstützt. Nach einem persönlichen Empfang mit Tee und Gebäck erhielten wir wertvolle Informationen für das "Get around in Marrakech". Der Service und die Betreuung war jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend. Es erwartete uns jeden Morgen ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück.

The location is close to the places of interest and souks. The rooms and the building are completely refurbished and the facilities are very new and comfortable. Everything was very clean and there is a really nice atmosphere due to the little special details everywhere (hand-made soap in the bathroom, smell of orange blossoms due to essential oils, birds and plants in the patio etc. ). The highlight however was the staff. Everybody was so helpful, friendly and corteous that it was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you again! We really enjoyed our time at Riad Azrur. P.S. We also did the Hammam Massage, which was really relaxing and great. A clear recommendation!

We recently stayed five nights at Riad Azrur, four before going on a three day two night Sahara tour and one upon our return. Everything at the Riad was super, excellent breakfast, the common areas are great, the room spacious and clean with bedding and towels you would expect in a five star hotel. The personal service provided by Ibrahim, the host, certainly exceeded our expectations. He arranged transport to and from the airport, provided assistance in helping navigate the souks and avoid scammers, arranged our memorable trip to the Sahara and was always there to assist. If it is your first trip to this area of Marrakech when you start walking the 5 minutes from the taxi to the Riad down a dimly lit very narrow lane with high walls either side will leave you wondering, where am I headed, but once you enter the Riad you concerns will be quickly put to rest. As a well seasoned traveler, for anyone visiting the old part of Marrakech I would highly recommend staying a the Riad Azrur. Ibrahim will certainly help make you stay enjoyable.

The property is well maintained. It is safe and quiet and yet close to the center. The staff was great, specially Ibrahim. He is amazing and accomodating. The breakfast was good. The only thing I suggest is to inquire abot the bath tub in‌ the room. Our room had one of those old fashion (like the one's you see in Western movies) but no curtain around it! Aside from privacy issues, taking a shower with a hand held shower head and no curtain, becomes a task in itself. They also offer a pick up and drop off service from and to the airport. I highly recommend it. The price i reasonable and you avoid the hassle with regular taxis. It is well worth it. All in all, we had a great time. And of course, it was largly because of Ibrahim.

Ibrahim gave an excellent. He was in touch with us before our arrival and arrange taxi pick up at the airport. When we arrive he help us to locate all the city attractions and gave us good tips. During the day he was always available on the phone to help us schedule breakfast for us at the raid. The place is Amazing, clean and our room was spectacular.

We had a great stay in the riad and Ibrahim was a great host! Once you get over how different things are to the UK, Marrakesh is a feast for the eyes. Streets full of colour, smells and tastes and everywhere you look is a photograph! Google maps is essential as every street looks the same but it does get more familiar!

An attractive, clean and comfortable riad in a central location. The staff could have been more attentive – and shown less reluctance to accept a credit card payment for our airport transfers, dinner and city tax – but on the whole we had a very enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Azrur. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea on arrival and given recommendations about Marrakesh. Every morning, we have been provided with an amazing, home cooked breakfast. Riad Azrur’s manager is incredibly friendly and helped with any questions or requests that we had. The location is on the edge of Medina, and can be slightly challenging to navigate initially, but after a day or so, you get your bearings, so it becomes a lot easier to navigate. The riad is very clean, warm and has a beautiful courtyard. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Marrakesh.

It was a great Riad, very modern, incredibly clean and the host (Ibrahim) went above and beyond. I strongly suggest this Riad for your stay in Marrakech. Also it is very walkable to most tourist areas, the most would be a 15/20min walk typically. Overall really enjoyed this & would love to rebook here if I do visit Marrakech in the future!

A really beautiful place to stay. I had a room on the ground floor right next to the courtyard. Even so, it was quiet during the time that I was sleeping. I stayed during the month of November. The host was very kind with giving tips on how to maneuver the streets and the people that I might run into and even lent me a phone charger a few times because my phone was acting up. Very clean and very comfortable. I had initially booked another place and it was very spartan and utilitarian, so I was happy to come to this location where there was some luxury. The bedding was super nice and the bathtub was a bonus.

Excellent property and service!
We only have great things to say about this riad. The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. The location is very good, since it is not deep down in the medina, so relatively easy to get to. Mohammed went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and we really did! We had a top floor room with a lot of space and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with many different choices, including omelette. The rooftop offered a beautiful space to relax at the end of the day. The patio on the ground floor was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this property if I had the chance to stay in Marrakech again.

The Riad is amazing but the neighborhood is not. If you take a wrong turn on one of the narrow and dark narrow streets you are easily exposed to become a victim to the young swindlers and thougs hanging out in the corners of the medina at night. The kids yelling and playing late at night in front and behind the Riad are very loud and make it difficult to have a night rest

Fantastic!! All staff (in particular, Ibrahaim, the hotel manager) were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to advise us on how to get around, general advice of the Medina and booked a day trip for us. The Riad was beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, clean, a very comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast served every morning. The rooftop terrace was a welcome escape from the chaos of the city after a morning of exploring and to enjoy some winter sun. The Riad is in a quieter part of the Medina but only a 15 min walk to the main square and felt safe doing so. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Marrakesh.
