Ruhig und gut gelegen, freundliches Personal
Das Riad ist sehr schön ausgestattet und liegt in der geschäftigen Medina und ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind schön, leider etwas kalt im Februar da keine Heizmöglichkeit vorhanden ist. Eine zusätzliche Decke konnten wir aber sofort erhalten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wird auf der Dachterrasse ab 9.00 Uhr serviert. Dies haben wir sehr genossen. Alles in allem freundlich und positiv, wir haben die Wahl nicht bereut.

Unterkunft sehr gut gelegen am Rand der Medina. Sowohl alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Medina als auch das moderne Geschäftsviertel lassen sich in 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Riads, daher ist der Lichteinfall nicht besonders groß. Im Sommer sehr praktisch gegen die Hitze, im Winter darf es gerne etwas mehr Licht sein. Qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung, geräumiges Bad. Das Bett ist bequem, allerdings bereits für mich mit einer Größe von 1,78cm schon etwas zu kurz. Ich habe alleine quer im Bett geschlafen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind wie fast allen Riads aufgrund der Bauweise mit Innenhof recht hellhörig, so auch dieses. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und des Zimmers waren top. Es wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich mit Kaffee, Tee, O-Saft, Brot, süße Aufstriche, Frischkäse, Obst, Pancakes und Omlette. Jeden Tag wurde ein etwas variiertes Frühstück serviert, welches immer sehr lecker war und für eine Person kaum ganz zu schaffen. Es war 24h Personal im Haus, dass sich allen Fragen und Anliegen der Gäste freundlich, hilfbereit und umgehend annahm. Man fühlte sich sehr gut aufgenommen. Ich kann die Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub in Marrakech sehr empfehlen.

Beautiful riad, very nice and helpful staff
Beautiful Riad, rooms are nicely furnished with many little details. Rooms are very clean. I would like to point out that the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The welcome was very kind, they gave us a lot of useful tips and we felt so comfortable. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit (every day different ones) every day. I can highly recommend this place!!

Wunderschönes Riad mit sehr gutem Service
Das Riad Chayma war super und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Während draußen vor der Tür der Trubel der Medina herrscht, ist es innen herrlich ruhig. Beim Betreten des Riads hat man das Gefühl eine andere Welt zu betreten. Man wir herzliche begrüßt und kann auf der Dachterrasse bei köstlichem Minztee entspannen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und haben alles, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich nochmal die sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter des Riads. Wir haben Marrakesch sehr genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Non sono rimasta particolarmente soddisfatta . Il personale è molto gentile ,la cena e la colazione sono ottimi e la struttura è in una buona posizione. Quello che non mi è piaciuto sono stati dei costi extra applicati senza preavviso. Ho pagato il servizio colazione e non mi hanno dato la possibilità di avere un take away visto che il mio volo era alle 6 della mattina. Ho richiesto un taxi per l'aeroporto facendolo pagare 30 €. ( 10 € in piu per l'orario). Le camere sono belle ma per essere una suite mi aspettavo un letto piu grande. Bello il bagno. Per due notti ,una cena e servizio taxi per aeroporto ho pagato 480€...

I'm sorry to read your review this afternoon, we can not help the cost of the transfer service, it is the price that is quoted by the transfer company and we do not take any commission or add any additional fee to our guests. The rate you pay us is the exact rate we pay to the transfer company, we offer the service to assist our guests. The transfer rate including 'out of hours surcharge' was advised on March 8th in the booking confirmation/information we sent you via the Expedia Extranet, I'm sorry you did not see this information as we always try to provide guests with as much information as possible prior to their arrival. We work very hard to take care of our guests and do our very best to accommodate guests requests. The kitchen staff do not normally start until 8am, however we do ask them to come in at 7am to prepare breakfast for an early departure, however we can not ask the, to come in before 6am. Breakfast is complimentary to all our guests and we do not offer a rate that excludes breakfast. I will look into an option to provide something for guests departing very early in future, we have not had anyone request a takeaway breakfast before. Reply heavily on our guest reviews and are disappointed to be reviewed as 'okay' 3/5 on this occasion. I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.Kindest regards,Rochelle.

Great stay at this cozy Riad. The breakfast is ok, but tea water on Termos that has contained coffee is a no-go for me. I loved the personal service, the mint-teas and the heather in our room (temperature below 5 degrees (Celsius) during the nights in December. Will definitely try to book them again, and recommend to friends.

Perfect Oasis
My mom and I enjoyed our stay tremendously at Riad Chayma! The riad is the perfect oasis from the bustling city outside. Breakfast on the rooftop can’t be beat and we also relaxed on the rooftop after dinner each night. The staff, including Mohammad, Azil, Nacer, and the 2 ladies who made our breakfasts made sure we were taken care off and gave us great advice on how to navigate Old Medina. The only challenge during our trip was finding the riad upon arrival. Google Map works but we not prepared for the subtle sign at the riad. Please note that the main street (before turning left onto 8 Derb Taabout) is a small and extremely busy street packed with many merchants, restaurants, motor bikes (no lanes) and pedestrians so not easy to navigate with luggage in tow. Nacer was nice enough to pick us up when we called for directions. Once you reach Riad Chayma, it will all be worth it! Thank you again to the professional staff who helped to make our stay perfect!

La mejor elección, sin duda.
Riad en excelente estado, con inmejorable servicio, hay que destacar la atención de Mohamed, siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitaras, una habitación confortable, espaciosa y tranquila. El desayuno merece mucho la pena, están esperando que subas para hacerte el zumo de naranja o lo que desees. What seems like a 'hole in the wall' kind of place , becomes an oasis of comfort and beauty !! You are greeted by a very kind and friendly hotel manager Mohammad , who not only gives you all the info you might need to navigate a foreign culture, but also truly cares for you confort and we'll being . You are offered the traditional mint tea, a map to yours sorrounding and a friendship from the get go . The room is spacious and very comfortable and Mohammad and his staff will make sure you have whatever you might need. From a cold bottle of water , ice , tips of the best restaurants in town and best places to visit . ( Agafay camel ride, Les brains d'orient, market etc) Breakfast is amazing and the overall experience unforgettable!! No second thoughts , this is the place to go !!

Perfect Riad in the Medina
Excellent road. Mohammed is so great and speaks good English. Staff are all wonderful. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Ay this an excellent start to our adventure in Morocco. The Old Town in Marrakech is a mix of modernity and old world and custom charms. It’s beautiful it’s wonderful and our stay at Riad Chayma enhanced that experience. The staff was wonderful friendly and very helpful. We slept like babies enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer . Mohamed and friends are missed already ❤️🏆🥂

Authentic Marrocan Experience
The location is very good. Close to exit/entrance of the Medina. Only 15 minutes walking from modern part of the city. The staff of the Riad is doing everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Super !! We brought our own wine and every night they served us a cold glass at the roof terrace. They gave us great advice on restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed 5 nights. I would advise to stay max 2-3 nights at the Medina and then a hotel outside the centre. This because of the noise of the Mosque at 0630 am and the noise of other guests.

Wonderful stay in Riad Chayma, all the staff where fantastic. An oasis from the mayhem on the streets of Marrakech. Great location for trips to the new town, as well as walking around the old town.

Friendly and welcoming raid
The staff were amazing and the food was fantastic. We had a dinner at the hotel on our first night and breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. Excellent raid
