Ein super schönes Riad, welches perfekt gelegen ist, um die Altstadt Marrakeschs zu Fuss zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wer sich verwöhnen lassen möchte, sollte unbedingt das hausinterne Hammam- und Massageangebot nutzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Riad Idra unglaublich genossen.

Wunderschöne Riads gibt es einige in Marrakesch, aber wann wird man als Kunde schon mal zu 100 % so behandelt, wie man sich das wünscht ? Das Riad Idra zeichnet aus, dass in jeder Begegnung eine herzliche Kundenorientierung spürbar ist. Auch das Essen ist eine Klasse für sich. Von A-Z verdient das Riad Idra die Note 1.

Aussergewöhnlich im Ambiente und Service
Wir waren neun Nächste über Silvester hier. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde war es ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt. Das Team um die Chefin Karine ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich und immer mit einem echten Lächeln für einen da. Hilfsbereit, unglaublich liebenswert. Das Ambiente ist persönlich und wunderschön. Mit unglaublich vielen liebevollen Details wie z.B. überall frischen Blumen. Babuschen als Geschenk zu Anfang waren wunderbar. Frühstück auf der wunderschönen und friedlichen Dachterrasse einfach herrlich. Und ein weiteres Herz dieses Riads ist Omar- ein wunderbarer Mensch, der einen perfekten Service bietet. Für uns ein perfektes Riad. Ein weiteres Beispiel: Wir hatten Karine gebeten für uns eine Reservierung in einem Restaurant zu machen und erwähnten, dass wir Hochzeitstag hatten. Daraufhin war abends unser Bett geschmückt mit frischen Rosenblättern und Zweigen. Einfach zauberhaft. Zu Silvester bekamen wir einen wunderschön verpackten Kuchen und eine individuelle Karte. Und natürlich liegt das Riad perfekt mitten drin und eben doch eine Oase der Ruhe und Schönheit. Wir kommen wieder. Von unserer Seite zu 100% zu empfehlen. Ein weiterer sehr wichtiger Punkt für mich. Ich bin absolute Nichtraucherin und in dem wunderschönen Dinningroom durfte nicht geraucht werden. Das ist in Marrakech sonst immer schwierig in Restaurants. Überhaupt hatte ich Glück, dass hier gar nicht geraucht wurde. Denn im Innenhof ist es an sich erlaubt.

Tolles Riad
Marrakesch war super und unser Hotel war klasse. Durch seine gute Lage waren wir blitzschnell im Geschehen. Wir wurden vom Personal sehr gut bedient und auch beraten, was z.B. Taxi oder Sehenswürdigkeiten betraf. Das Frühstück war sehr gut ebenso unser Abendessen. Wir saßen dabei auf der Dachterrasse, was wir sehr genossen haben.

Ein wunderschönes, kleines Hotel in einem alten Palast, sehr liebevoll restauriert und für moderne Erwartungen hergerichtet. Ein Team, welches sich mit Liebe um die Gäste kümmert und ein Innenhof, der zum Verweilen einlädt, obwohl direkt vor der Tür die Altstadt brummt. When in Marrakesh - stay at the Riad Idra!
Had a wonderful short trip to Marrakesh and stayed at the Riad Idra. Especially the manager Karine and all of her staff are outstanding in caring about your wellbeing. Service is unagitated, amiable and always personal to your needs. Extremely nice house, tastefully interior with attention to detail. Neat rooms with local interior but with all the modern features and comfort you need. All in all highly recomendable when you search for something aside the usual luxury temples with the thick carpet and chandelier and where you're just a number. Breakfast is rich, very tasty, large variety of fresh local goods. Dinner to be booked in advance but as well very tasty and recommendable. And over all, there's a little Hamam in the Riad without your stay will not be complete. All in all probably the best little luxury hotel in Marrakesh.

The Riad Idra is an oasis in the midst of the Medinah. From the moment you arrive, the General Manager extraordinaire, Karine, is there to assist in every way. She is multilingual, sophisticated, caring, warm and welcoming. The staff is attentive, discrete and well trained. Rooms are comfortable, sheets are ironed and fresh, extremely clean and unique. The food is delicious, the common areas comfortable and well appointed. We strongly recommend the Hamman in the Riad followed by massage - delightful. I will definitely come again.

Amazing Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Riad Idra. Karina and Abdessamad made me feel right at home. Even though my flight landed at midnight and I didn't reach the Riad until after 1230am, I was still served hot mint tea and pastries as a kind welcome. The following day, Abdessamad showed me a map of Marrakech and described all of the main points of interest to me and their proximity to the Riad. Abdessamad also made some recommendations for sightseeing. My room was gorgeous and showed the character and culture of Marrakech. It was very clean and had all of the essentials. There was even a plate of fruit and bouquet of flowers for me in the room upon my arrival. The Riad was easy to locate. Although the road is too small for cars to pass through, the drop off point is very close - only a 3 mins walk. The location is excellent. It is a 10 mins walk to the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa. There is also a jazz club with a rooftop (La Pergola) within walking distance - 15 mins. There is a hammam located on the property. I went in for a 60-min massage and it was fantastic. I walked out of there feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Riad Idra and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Marrakech. I will be back!

Karine was an amazing, welcoming manager. She stayed in touch with us before our stay to arrange airport transfer and a wonderful tour off the Medina with Abdel. What a great introduction to Marrakesh he gave us! Omar at the Riad was fantastic as was Karines’s assistant (Abellmasa- I apologize for not remembering his name)and the gentleman on the overnight shift. Great recommendation by Karine’s assistant for Lotus Garden- loved it! The housekeepers were great, nothing but compliments here!

We had a fabulous stay at Riad Idra. Service was top class from the moment of booking. The Riad is beautiful and a perfect oasis in the middle of the Medina. We felt like we were house guests. Every member of staff was attentive, friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant, served on the beautiful roof top terrace, was of an exceptionally high standard. We preferred the food in the Riad to the top restaurant, La Sultana. Great value too The roof terrace is beautiful if you have time to chill. We highly recommend this Riad. We had an excellent guide around the Medina and also on our trip to the Altas Mountains. Both excellent and both arranged by the Riad.It made our trip to Marrakech very memorable. Absolutely loved everything about this Riad!

Its like a castle. Ckean. Stuff is working gard to make this hotel elegant and clean. Fliwers in my room,parfume, toiletries are excellent choices. Room is bug Breakfast served on open air terrace. Stuff brings you b k ankets if its chilly. Everyone just focused on treating guesrs as kund as possible.

Riad Idra was exceptional. We were so happy when the porter opened the door to our room. It was an extremely tasteful room slightly modern meet traditional Moroccan design. The bed was so comfortable (awesome shower, the bathroom was completely updated, and everything was immaculate and clean. There were lovely apricots, dates and gigs in the room with a beautiful bouquet of roses. We had dinner our first night and the chef prepared the most tasty perfectly cooked sea bass - as good as any 5 star restaurant. The entire staff was SO friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make everything feel special.

The manager Karine is amazing. Just for her you can accept the small issues and stay there. She takes every step to ensure that your stay is absolutely comfortable. If you are going here think of it as a house that you are staying. No phone in the room, or fan for the washroom, really old washroom require some maintenance. But Riad is beautiful and charming. Moreover all staffs are amazing. They pretty much clean your room multiple times. I would recommend this property but consider it's a house not a hotel where you can place an order 24/7.

This was the most amazing experience we’ve had and we travel extensively. Service A accommodations A Location A cleanliness A They all make you feel like Royalty!! If you are looking for the experience of a lifetime, stay here. This experience surpasses Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. The personal touches are amazing. You truly feel like you are in a palace and it looks like one. Close to everything you want to see in Marrakech. Take a ride to the Sahara Desert for a camel ride and dinner at sunset. Amazing rooftop breakfast each morning white glove service. You will never forget this extraordinary experience. Thank you to all the staff. We WILL return and tell everyone about it. Wonderful Riad with great service by a great team
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the comfortable Riad Idra in early June. We experienced planned services along with unexpected services as follows: Breakfast - excellent. Selection of pastries, delicious home made yougurt, fruit salad and a tangible. Dinner - also excellent 4 courses. The chefs are very talented. Housekeeping - room was spotlessly clean and tidy all the time. (There was turn down service.) The room - extremely comfortable and spacious. It was also quiet away from the noisy souks. The management - both managers were welcoming, gave good advice and very helpful. The hotel being small also felt very personal. The Spa - my wife and I had a hammam which was simply excellent. It was my first time and was a little nervous but it was an enjoyable experience. My wife had a massage and said she found it extremely relaxing. Night staff - I experienced food poisoning from lunch in the Souks. This led to “Delhi Belly” and a vagel. The night staff member helped by contacting a doctor who helped my situation. Overall, if you are thinking about booking a Riad is Marrekesh - just book - you won’t regret it!
