The taxi fares are very reasonnable due to the difficult acees to this side of the Medina. If you dare taking "a " taxi in town you will pay twice more and our prices is local market price. Sorry also for the breakfast not sure what is missing as we provide more that 40 items per day. It would be nice to mention on site so we can improve and provide what you were expecting ??

We could have helped and avoided this situation. The Medina is comparable to a big maze and it can be difficult to get around. However, we are always happy to arrange a meeting point with one of our team members to bring you back to the Riad, and it is also possible to arrange a taxi or a tuktuk transfer back to the Riad in advance. Thank you for the comment. Sorry for the problem with the water...It took us some hours to fix it. The mini bar cool down to 12 degrees only, not lower as not fridge and regarding Agafay It seems that you were very late to get the mini bus which affected the wole evening organisation ??? We have several guests every week and it always go smoothly. Sorry if you did not have a good time.

hello Thnak you christine for the nice comment. The pool is not heated so no one use it ( even when heated at 28 degres) during the winter as temperature out side is too cold....Start in may actually. Thanks for the top score...

Hello Thanks for the feed back. WIFI may be confusing if you do not catch the correct router as each bedroom has it own router but debit is around 45 Mbg...and yes the noise is the main issue as riads have all their rooms around the courtyard so not much we can do unfortunatly Best regards
