„This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. “

„It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill.“

„We felt so lucky to find this place- it is a good location (we had friends close by) and it worked for our needs of home base/sleeping quarters for our family. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. There are 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, which is so helpful. The kitchen is simple and spacious, we didn't use it much but felt like we could easily have cooked in it and had everything needed. There's a grill too which is so nice to have.
