« We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean and working. The location is amazing walking distance from all the fun spots in Baltimore. The neighborhood felt safe and parking, which was our biggest concern, was never a problem as there were always parking spots on the street. All in all Great experience and definitely recommend recommended it. Landlord was always available to answer our questions so that was also great. »

« Just as advertised! It was conveniently located near where we wanted to be and it was perfect for the two of us. The only downside was the walk up the two flights of stairs which she let us know ahead of time. I just need to learn to pack lighter. LOL It was really great to be able to cook meals and not have to go out for every meal. »

« In town for the Annapolis Sailboat Show. It was the perfect location. Easy walking distance to downtown and tons of bars and restaurants. Property manager is quick to respond to communication, and was extremely helpful returning a lost item. The property is very nicely updated and was extremely comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed in the perfect spot! »

« My family and I absolutely loved this apartment! What can I say—it was very clean and comfortable, had a great aesthetic, was well stocked with anything you needed from coffee to utensils, shampoo, conditioners, soap… it is in a lovely and interesting building and the soundproofing must be solid because we never heard anyone around us like you normally would in an apartment building. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

« This beautiful home was a perfect getaway for me and my sisters. It was very clean and spacious. The host communicated quickly with us when an issue with getting into the property occurred. The home is located in little college town, it was a nice area with friendly neighbors. A nice perk was it's proximity to the local mall and plazas. I look forward to rebooking next year. »
