„Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. La maison est confortable, et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La piscine a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able, notamment en fin de journĂ©e Ă  nos retours de visites. L'environnement est trĂšs calme. La situation de la maison nous a permis de visiter Baltimore, Annapolis et Washington DC. Nous avons facilement communiquĂ© avec Diana avec la messagerie d'Abritel.“

„Best place to stay ever!!!! This place is a 10 out of 10!! Beautiful interior! The dock was excellent! We even caught 13 crabs!!! Internet was fast and accurate! Plenty of dishes and cookware! Beds were ao comfortable! Sooooo quiet! And, the eagle sat in a tree everyday! We will DEFINITELY be back! “

„We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, clean, and all the comforts of home. Loved the beach and swimming in front of the property! We didn’t get to use the hot tub, kayaks and paddle boats but it’s wonderful to have for those who would like them, or if we had more time. We love the Wellwood and Backfin Blues for dining. Dave and Barb are wonderful hosts that reached out during stay. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage. Thank you for hosting us! “

Since it is a fairly new addition to VRBO, we thought it could use a little more info, like a portfolio with the combination to the bike locks, where to go to eat and visit, etc. Also, the only coffeemaker was a Keurig and we didn’t bring any K-cups. Very clean house, large updated kitchen, nice updated bathrooms, front porch for sitting and enjoying river views, and the neighbors waive when they drive by! Friendly community who is welcoming to short-term renters—had so many conversations with locals. Enjoyed the easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and pier.
