„Clean. Very close to Inner Harbor. Was described as having Wi-Fi, but didn't have it. TV didn't work because of no Wi-Fi. No ice maker and no ice forms to make ice. The furnishing and set up of the pictured appartment does not match the actual place. Upon check in I sent a message to host with a question, but never got a response. “

„We drove 10 hrs to take my father to an Orioles game to full fill his bucket list to find out after the game and checking into our condo someone was already in there staying because it was already booked out for the weekend. I had to call and talk to someone for over an hour to find out that they couldn’t help but tell me I should be getting a refund. They said I had to find my own stay somewhere else at 10:20pm. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! “

The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. “
