« Home was beautiful but had roaches. I sent a picture. The golf cart only worked half the time. Very unfortunate so we left Friday. I was hoping to hear back from the owner about the roaches and another day refund on the golf cart but have heard nothing except they were checking into it. »

« House is clean and about what you expect no surprises just a really nice house with everything you could want. Bed with no bathroom was super comfy and pillows. Great communication. Great AC control on each floor. Elevator has some issues but if you just read the directions inside the elevator you'll get it. Most people don't read the directions. But it was still a learning curve. We had one person get trapped in there and if they had just pressed the button again or re open and close the door...

« Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit. »

« I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me.
