VILLA CLARETTA - NERANO
Located on the Sorrento peninsula in southern Italy, Villa Claretta has a private pool and stunning views of the sea. The villa is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and is fitted with lifts that descend to the beach at Cantone (also accessible by a private cable car or on foot). Marina del Cantone is a well-known tourist spot with a small centre surrounded by villas, hotels and some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants on the peninsula.

This 200 square metre villa with annex develops over 2 levels.

THE MAIN VILLA

You reach the villa from the parking area (via the lift or a small outdoor staircase with about 30 steps). On the ground floor you will find a large, bright living space (overlooking the terrace and pool) with a lounge area (with 3 sofas) and a dining area (with large dining table). You will also find a modern kitchen (with access to the terrace), one double bedroom (with double bed and access to the terrace) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink), a laundry room and a guest bathroom (with toilet and sink).

On the first floor you will find three bedrooms (accessed from a corridor inside or from the large first floor terrace), one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink), one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink) and one double bedroom (with double bed and balcony) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink).

THE ANNEX

In there annex, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and access to a terrace with sea view) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink) .

Outside, you will find a spacious ground floor terrace (140 square meters) with a fully furnished lounge area and dining area (with a large table, barbecue and wood burning pizza oven) and another terrace on the upper floor (with access to the bedrooms). You will also find a private swimming pool fitted with hydro-massage seats (9 m x 3.9 m; depth 1.2 m – 1.7 m; open all year round) which can be heated on request (costs vary, please enquire). The grass border overlooking the pool is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

- Daily housekeeping and room tidying, including public holidays
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor areas
- Bathroom towels changed daily
- Bed linen changed twice per week

- Daily breakfast with table service, with a choice of Continental or American breakfast, for the entire stay. Breakfast includes a selection of bread, croissants, cookies, pastries, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, butter, orange juice, marmalade, honey, coffee and milk
- Direct access to the sea: guests can reach the beach directly either via the villa's private monorail shuttle or on foot via the stairs, enjoying a pleasant and scenic walk. Once at the pebble beach, guests may also use the services offered by the neighbouring beach club

To ensure the highest standards of quality, service and safety, external catering companies, private chefs and pizza chefs are not permitted at the property.
Guests wishing to enjoy a private dining experience, chef service or pizza evening are very welcome to arrange these services directly through us, using the villa's trusted chefs and service providers.
Advance booking is highly recommended, particularly for the pizza chef, in order to guarantee availability.
