„The cabin was perfectly located for a week of exploring the Berkshires and southern Vermont. It is centrally located in the region, but feels private because it is surrounded by trees and set back from the road. It was the best stocked kitchen I've had in a rental. Relaxing by the pond was very peaceful; I particularly enjoyed the hammocks. Kayaks and a canoe were available. The cabin was spotless.“

„We got there and all the sheets and towels were still in a pile by the washer. No detergent for washing. Dirty dishes in the sink. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Rotting food in the fridge and the host didn’t reply to my messages. When I tried to call it wasn’t their number, just the Vrbo customer service line. They weren’t able to get ahold of them either so we had to just leave. “

„When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children ...
